Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Brian Head

Such a lovely home with a phenomenal location for using the slopes! View from the living room floor to ceiling windows made us feel the full effect of being up in the mountains! Definitely going to visit again.

Absolutely beautiful ski in/ski out condo. Perfect for our family of 4. We were lucky to get a ton of fresh powder. Bring supplies because groceries and restaurants are slim. We also found it difficult to access Navajo side of resort but it was an extremely close drive.

We loved our stay here. Everything was great. Walk to slopes was fantastic. Plus garage has underground parking with a single Nem 14-50 plug to charge our EV. The host was super responsive. Would book again for sure.

We loved our time at Dawns' place. It had everything needed for our family of 6. Great space, comfortable beds and furniture, fully equipped kitchen, wonderful views, and amazing convenience. It is truly "ski-in and ski-out." Dawn was a great communicator prior to check-in and during our stay when we had a few questions. We're considering booking the exact location for spring break next year as well. We loved it that much!

It was a great stay. The snow couldn't have been better. It snowed all three days we were there. That first night, when the fireplace wouldn't light, I was surprised how quickly Kayla (the co-host) responded. After some quick corresponding, we had a blazing fire up and running within an hour! It really did make a difference keeping the whole condo warm and toasty. Thanks Kayla!

Great location. Literally the slopes are just outside and down the steps. Unit has a nice homey ok and cozy feel.

Scott was an amazing host! My gf and I arrived in Brian Head in the late evening and were having a bit of trouble finding the parking garage. Scott immediately answered my phone call and helped us find the garage and stayed on the phone until we did. That night, there was a storm that brought in quite a bit of snow. Scott offered us to stay an extra night at a discounted rate. Amazing and caring service! We will definitely be coming back. The condo itself is very cozy and in a great location overlooking the ski lifts. 10/10 would recommend if you want a nice getaway in Brian Head.

Michelle’s place was perfect for our family of 4 on our ski trip to Brian Head. Two bedrooms worked for us with the bunk bed in 2nd room, and there was even a 3rd trundle bed option. The condo had everything we needed with a well stocked kitchen, board games, 2 bathrooms (made mornings much easier with kids), sleds, hot tub access. Easy access to Giant Steps lift. Condo is on the 2nd floor with stair access only and laundry is in the club house next door. We would stay again!

Great stay, Dennis was responsive and gave clear directions with regards to the common areas. Conveniently located to the slopes and a short drive anywhere you would want to go.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It had plenty of room for everyone and has a vibe that makes you feel right at home. Being able to soak in the hot tub after a day of skiing was the best part! Giant Steps is right around the corner if you decide to walk instead of waiting for the shuttle so the location is extremely convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

By far the best airbnb we’ve stayed at (and we’ve stayed at many airbnbs the past few years). The condo was so cozy and steps from the lifts. It’s the top floor, corner unit, so it was secluded and you never heard neighbors. The views from the condo were wonderful- away from the street/crowds and just views of the trees and cabins. The condo itself was well stocked with cleaning supplies and kitchenware. We had such a wonderful stay and did not want to leave! We’d love to come back :)

We were super comfortable here! Plenty of warm, cozy blankets. The fireplace in the living room wouldn’t stay on, but there were more than enough space heaters to keep it nice and warm. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals. And we loved the lodge - the pool, hot tub, and saunas were wonderful and the bar, restaurant, and coffee shop were fun places to hang out and eat good food at. The unit is in building 2, but only a very short walk outside to all of these lodge amenities. Something I didn’t expect was that the bedrooms didn’t have normal doors (a barn door on master and curtains on the other), but the rooms were tucked back enough from the living room that it didn’t matter - they still felt private. LOVED having a washer and dryer! This place literally had everything we needed!

This place was super close to Brian Head Resort, the cabin was incredibly clean, it was nice, cozy, and the owner was highly responsive and super attentive! I 100% recommend this place!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this cabin during our ski trip! The space was perfect for our group of family and friends. It offered plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax after a long day on the slopes. The kids love the downstairs space. Plenty of space to play and have movie night. The kitchen was fully stocked and ideal for cooking meals for a large group. Adults loved the living room area and balcony to take in the beautiful surroundings . Bedrooms were spacious, comfortable, and private, ensuring everyone got a good night's sleep. One of the best part was the easy access to the slopes! It was just steps away, making it so convenient to hit the mountain first thing in the morning and stop in for lunch. This cabin is perfect for anyone looking to combine comfort, convenience, and a true mountain getaway. We can’t wait to come back next year🤩

Jerry and Betty are lovely hosts. Their place is a true ski in and ski out very near the Navajo Resort. House was very well stocked with many items including washing machine and dishwasher soap. We would definitely stay here again!

After a day of skiing, it was such a treat to relax by the fireplace and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The host was excellent—responsive, thoughtful, and made sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth check-in and stay. If you’re looking for a perfect ski-in/ski-out experience or just a serene mountain retreat, this cabin is the place to be. We can’t wait to come back!

Our family had a great time staying at the cabin over the spring break. With some great instructions we were able to ski out the back of the house and ski back with a short walk. We got snowed in one day and Heather was great at communicating and arranging the driveway to be plowed. It was a treat for us Arizonans to watch the snow storm from the comfort of the cozy cabin, we even did a bit of skiing in it too. Kids had a blast playing air hockey, pool and dominos. And we had plenty of room to spread out (three adults and two kids). We came prepared with most of our food for the week, as there is no grocery store nearby, only a small convenience store with essentials. The ski lodge had some decent enough and fresh lunch food (the typical burgers, grilled chicken sandwich, chicken fingers), reasonably priced for a ski outlet ($13-14). Overall a great experience for our first time in Brian Head. We will definitely be back and would love to stay at this cabin.
