Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Brian Head

We had a great stay at Lance’s place! It was cozy and comfortable and had all the amenities we could want. The hot tub and playground were perfect for our family! It was also super clean and organized, with really clear instructions. Highly recommend!

Beautiful townhome, nice location, walk across the street to ski/boarding base area. The home is decorated thoughtfully and had everything we needed. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy time together. Very clear communication from our host. Would definitely stay here again!

The best bang for your buck!!! Had 7 people with me and everyone had their own place to sleep, everyone was comfortable! Open floor plan in the downstairs made it easy for us to enjoy tv and cook breakfast. The backyard with the hot tub was perfect to relax in at night after skiing and hiking all weekend, would absolutely recommend this place!

A rather cozy and comfortable stay! The house was extremely clean on arrival, the locking system on the front door is super convenient and personalized, and the house itself has a wonderful variety of amenities! My only real suggestion would be to change out the pillows—they really caused some bad neck and backaches on our parts and made it difficult to get good sleep.

We had a great time staying at Suzie’s place. It was clean, walking distance to our favorite lifts, and dog friendly. We did experience a small plumbing issue on the first night, but Suzie was quick to respond and had the issue taken care of before we got back from our day on the slopes. We would definitely stay here again

Reviews and photos are accurate . Scott is easy to get hold of and responsive. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and had lots of spices, and coffee, tea, hot coco, sweetener, creamer, tea. I enjoyed the balcony in the afternoon as it gets plenty of sun and was very comfortable outside sitting in late March .Also the 3 burner grill was nice and used 2 times since weather was so mild.

This Place was awesome! Everything we could have hoped for in a Air BnB. Lots of room, fun pool table, clean hotub playground outside you name it this place had it! Large bathrooms (3 of them big plus). If you are looking for a place to stay don’t pass this place up! Carie was great and very thoughtful.

We came to Utah for Grandsons wedding. I booked Kristen’s place because it looked amazing in the pictures and it accommodated my kids who flew in from Florida and Atlanta. It was beautifully decorated and my kids all said, “wow, good job mom”! Lol Kristen’s home had absolutely everything we could possibly need and then some. A welcome basket with snacks and wine 😉. We all loved it! And most of all, it was so nice and CLEAN! Thank you so much Kristen 🥰 I really hope we can stay there again when we visit my Grandson and new Grandaughter. 😌

Great Location!!! Very helpful Host, clean place, plenty of room for our three families. Easy access to the master on the main floor with no stairs for the grandparents was a great unexpected plus. We snowboard all over the US and Brian Head was a great location for all levels of skill. Definitely will recommend Blain’s property to others!!!

Joshua's cabin was a great place to stay, he was a great host to work with. Beautiful views of Giant Steps out the big windows. Lots of great common areas to hang out, it was ideal for our large group. Kitchen was amazing and well stocked. Joshua's cabin offered extra amenities over others in the area, unfortunately a few main things we planned on using were not available. The BBQ and fire pit were not on property and we were disappointed that Hot Tub was not currently working. Joshua communicated any issues we had and even sent a repair man to try to fix them. Overall we had a great experience and we would stay at his cabin again in the future.

It certainly beats the crowds at hotels in Bryce / Zion. Very quiet. Great star viewing spot. Very nicely furnished. Functional and comfortable for the right price!

Nick & Ciera’s house is at a nice location, away from the city hustles, allowing one to relax and have a good time with friends and family, amenities like hot tub and outdoor grill makes the experience fun and enjoyable. The hosts are friendly, responsive and quite descriptive of instructions which made the overall all access to the property and its amenities easier. Had a nice time staying here :)

We had an amazing stay! The views from the cabin are incredible. It’s super close to town and 15 minutes away from even more restaurants and things to do. Shaun provided detailed instructions for the cabin and recommendations for what to do while in town. The property is very private and had all the amenities we needed and more. We would highly recommend staying here.

We loved staying at the cabin. It was beautiful and spacious and provided everything we needed. We especially loved the big kitchen and the separate upstairs and downstairs. The kids were able to have their own space and everyone was able to relax. Couple of things to note: -the nearest real grocery store is about 35 miles away so come with groceries already packed or stop beforehand, the restaurants nearby close pretty early so it's best to be prepared. (Aunt Sue's Chalet which is local has amazing breakfasts and is a good place to get a quick bite. ) -Bryce Canyon and Zion are about an hour or so drive

Stayed 3 days for a girls trip to Zion and Bryce Canyon. Beautiful place to stay. The hot tub, grill and stars were a fantastic way to end the days. Would recommend to anyone!

We really enjoyed our stay, the basement game room was a huge hit for the kids. The space is very open and peaceful. Great for family reunions in the woods and about an hour drive to either Bryce or Zion.
