The studio is new and fully equipped. The double bed is 180 cm wide. Plenty of free parking available in the immediate vicinity. It is possible to rent a dedicated parking space. Access and loading facilities right in front of the apartment 3-minute walk to the tram (Badener Bahn, 7-minute intervals); travel time to Vienna city center/Opera: 45 minutes. Travel time by car is approximately 20–30 minutes. A supermarket, hairdresser, newsagent, restaurant, and a park are all within 100 meters!!!

It has a private 19m2 terrace with comfy lounge furniture, accessible from the bed- & living room.

Our Tinyhouse Schneeweißchen offers full comfort in a small space. It is a mobile, partially self-sufficient caravan made of wood with a garden and terrace. Schneeweißchen has about 18m² and is equipped with a photovoltaic system. There is a kitchen with a water-logged wood-burning stove, a 2-burner gas hob, a bathroom with a shower and a composting toilet. A super large double bed offers space for 2 people. Schneeweißchen stands together with Rosenrot on a 600m² garden.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Our two cats are also part of the family;you are welcome to interact with them. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)
