A true gem! If you are looking for a place in St Malo, this is the one! Conveniently located, with a side sea view from the window, quiet with the sounds of seagulls and waves… The appartement is also perfectly equipped. It was our second vacation with our baby and we were amazed by all baby accessories Marion prepared for us. From the bed to the chair, including the cutlery and the bath thermometer! An awesome place whether you are a solo traveler, a couple or a family! Thank you Marion

We had a great time at this house which was really perfect. Everything was impeccable: very clean, well-equipped, nothing was missing. The view was incredible, and direct access to the beach is a real plus that makes all the difference. This is a rental that we recommend without hesitation, and that we will gladly rent again if the opportunity arises. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful house setting ideal for family travel, easy to access, more than beautiful view, really secure grounds no worries about letting the kids play outside for us the only small detail to consider, a percolator, for heavy coffee drinkers😊, because the barista is not ideal,

Sinead and I stayed for 9 nights in "The Patio des Marais" and our only regret was having to leave. The house was truly incredible, there was nothing that Sonia & David have not thought of, from the dishwasher tablets to the shuttlecocks. Like the house Sonia & David are also incredible, they were always attentive, respectful and and helpful. We wish them all the best for the future. We had an amazing stay at this vacation home in Normandy! The location is perfect. It's in a quiet neighborhood, nestled in a lively city filled with great restaurants, shops, and just a short drive from beautiful beaches. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the host, who took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the house and its amenities, making us feel right at home. The house itself is impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, and exudes luxury. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated, and it truly felt like home from the moment we walked in. The amenities are top-notch, with a sauna, hot tub, and pool that were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The whole family had a fantastic time, and these little extras really made our stay special. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! If you’re considering a stay in the area, this place comes highly recommended. It truly exceeded our expectations!

Pleasant stay and without the slightest problem. An area for improvement maybe with the addition of a WiFi connection given the very difficult connections inside the house on the Bouygues or Orange networks.

We had a great time with the family. Stephan welcomed us very warmly with a great island meal. Very large, and spacious accommodation, it offers a lot of activities, billiards / foosball / barbecue..... The jaccouzi is a big plus. I highly recommend!!:)

the apartment is very functional, there is everything you need for a pleasant stay in Saint-Malo, the view from the kitchen window may be one of the most beautiful in the city (the binoculars left available to observe the landscape are a great idea!). Only small downside, but nothing serious, a lack of window and velux blanketing that can prevent sleeping in the morning. Otherwise everything is perfect, I would recommend!

Very pleasant, practical and functional accommodation. Impeccably clean, lots of amenities available. Very nice location 2 steps from the beach and walking trails. We are delighted with our stay and will definitely be back!

We had a great time with the family in Claire's apartment, which is very pleasant to live in and very well located. The kids enjoyed themselves and so did we. We had already come in 2022 and we all wanted to come back, the children talked about it regularly so we had a great time there. And we had a great time again, they loved being able to observe the tide again anytime from the living room and get to the beach in a flash. And Claire really welcomed us very warmly and took time to give us all the tips and tips to make our stay go smoothly. We will definitely go back next time!

The apartment is in a great location, clean and spacious workout. The sofa in the living room is very comfortable and the living room is far from the bedroom. We had a great time there with my cousin and her 6-month-old baby. To be recommended without hesitation

We were 3 adults and spent 1 week at Katy's place. The neighborhood was quiet, accessible and close to some very nice small beaches and breathtaking views (5 min walk). We had a rental car to get to the center of Saint Malo in about ten minutes. Katy and her husband have always been reachable and friendly, whether to recommend outings and activities or to answer our questions about the apartment. The place was very clean and welcoming: perfect for people who wander and want to recharge

This was a great apartment. We have been here for 7 days, wandered around a bit and got to know Saint Malo. We would love to come back and we recommend this to anyone who is going to spend a few days in Saint Malo.

Beautiful apartment, quiet and very well-equipped. The location is ideal: 2 minutes from the beach without having to cross the road, and 10 minutes from the center of Julouville and shops. The big plus: the exteriors with the garden furniture and the courtyard where you can park cars. All surrounded by a fence that makes it so there are no neighbors. We did not meet Céline and Étienne but they are super responsive if we need anything and very accommodating. I think we'll go back
