50 m2 house with 700 m2 private garden located in the city center. The accommodation is adjoining the main house but completely independent. The main room is equipped with a 30 m2 living-dining room with open access to the kitchen. The second room offers you a bright bedroom, a reading area to relax and a bathroom with bathtub/shower, two sinks and a toilet. The property has a parking space.
