Ideally located accommodation (facing the Channel that can be admired 24 hours a day) - very quiet, no cars or 2-wheelers that pass by the sea, because it is a pedestrian walk. Friendly and responsive host, very clean and well-equipped accommodation.

A very nice, brand new and welcoming Airbnb. All rooms are nice. Decor is thoughtful. The view from the deck is superb. Only a low-traffic road separates the view from the beach. The sunsets are beautiful. Granville is a 20-minute drive, Saint Paire sur Mer is a 15-minute walk. There is a beautiful hiking trail that passes just below the house. Christian is a perfect host.

I stayed in one of the apartments belonging to the concierge, very clean and very pleasant places, close to the sea and small shops in the village of Saint Martin de Bréhal. The place is exactly as described and pictured. We had a pleasant and relaxing weekend! We recommend it to our loved ones and other users with confidence 😉

St Malo is amazing and this location was perfect It had a washer and dryer which we used… washed set of clothes, four times till I figured it out, but I did Best hairdryer ever Main bed was very comfortable the second bed not so much The second bedroom has absolutely no space to put anything on No luggage rack, no shelf, no nothing. Everything goes on the floor. It was kind of a pain There’s not a lot of amenities No shower gel two coffee pods 1 water The toilet being a separate room from the shower was a nice find Have a smart TV for late night. Relax, you can log into your accounts and watch whatever. Living room is good for two people If four they would have to sit on a chair that isn’t really relaxing But there was only two of us and I would probably stay here again Pre-book Q park at St. Vincent It made it so easy for the overnight parking! You can pre-pay and put your license number in after you get the car Fidelis was a phenomenal restaurant!!

We had a great time in Granville. The hosts were very welcoming, attentive and available throughout the stay. The accommodation is clean, pleasant, warm and very well located. We highly recommend it to anyone who wants to experience the area in good conditions. Again, thank you for this great experience!

3 nights in a cozy little apartment, very well decorated. The glass roof brings a lot of charm and character. The accommodation is perfectly equipped and warm. It is opposite the fish market and close to the access to the shuttles going to the beautiful Chosey Islands as well as close to the restaurants that offer us their ultra fresh seafood. The city center is close by. So it is ideally located. Dominique welcomes with the heart. She is attentive to the well-being of her guests. And this welcome brings the little extra touch that makes it possible to spend an even more precious moment. In short, we had a great time in Granville, in this warm accommodation. A big thank you to you Dominique, we will keep a great memory of this Granvillaise getaway.

This was one of my favourite Airbnb stays ever! The place was even more beautiful than the pictures. Everything was spotlessly clean and so artistic. It was such a treat to sit in the silence and stare at the ocean, whilst also feeling so cosy on the comfy sofas. Absolutely everything had been thought of and there was so many delightful little thoughtful touches which made us feel so well looked after (the children’s toys went down very well). The shower and the beds were so so so nice. Thank you also for being so caring and responsive in messages and for the delicious cider and biscuits. All in all an absolutely PERFECT experience. We will be back ASAP!

Very nice stay at Estelle's. A really nice apartment, with spectacular views of Cézembre (so much so that we didn't even have to go for a coffee at the Thalasso as we often do...). The accommodation is clean, very well furnished, comfortable bedding. Very good location, it is close to quality shops, even on foot. You can leave the accommodation for many walks and discover Dinard. Estelle is a responsive, flexible host; check-in and checkout are smooth. We'll be back for sure!
