you have to deserve Melania's house because access is reserved for visitors who like to climb! Once in the house you feel at home and the view is spectacular

As soon as we walked to the house through the little cobblestone path we felt right at home. It’s such a magical place with beautiful sunsets and evenings in the pretty garden. Our cat enjoyed watching all the birds and the bees enjoy the garden safely because it is completely enclosed. I absolutely recommend this gem and Lucia in general. She was very helpful and had great recommendations.

we enjoyed 4 nights in the apartment very much. It had everything you need, even basic equipment in the kitchen (salt, pepper, etc). The peace upstairs in the mountains was very good. The private garden was perfect with a dog. the contact with Camillo (the husband) was extremely friendly and nice. When the gas in the kitchen was empty, he immediately gave instructions on how to plug in new gas. we will be happy to come back.

The apartment is located in a small village. You can access it on foot, but you can unload the car 50 m away. Then park in the evening in the large parking lot or at the bus stop. There is a bus every hour to Menaggio, but we did not take it. The apartment is on 3 levels including a bedroom and bathroom on the 1st and 2nd. The shower is very good. The kitchen is well equipped. The house reminds me of a farm. The beds are comfortable. The village is small with beautiful alleys, very good for hiking. It takes about 1/4 of an hour to reach Menaggio, but the road offers beautiful scenery.
