Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Brazos River

We loved Bills home. The Unit was wonderful, clean, spacious, awesome decor, great lighting. The Pool and area was spa like, exactly what we wanted, but more. Bill was very friendly, very responsive. We had a great experience and will be back for sure. Thank you!

My wife and I came here for an anniversary trip and this was the perfect spot. Great sunset views, beautiful, small pool area, just perfect for two. And the house was amazing, the furnishings were up-to-date, and the design was perfect. We had a great time and we will stay here again.

We absolutely loved staying a this beautiful little cabin. we stayed here for 7 days and Lacey accommodated an earlier check-in. She was very responsive. The house was very clean. We would absolutely stay here again!

My husband and I had a great time. The view from the back porch is breathtaking! We could see Stillhouse Lake from the back porch and the hot tub. The beds were super comfy and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We would definitely come back.

We LOVED this place. My family and I had a great time with all the amentias we had just at the Airbnb alone. It was everything and more. Sergio was a great host! We also took advantage of the limo service to a concert, and it was amazing! The house was so clean and the location was great. It's only about a 20 minute drive to get to downtown Dallas. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed a peaceful and quiet stay here. The interior is very nicely decorated with a big beautiful bedroom. The outside space is large and relaxing with deer walking around. Recommended if you want to detach for a few days.

I recently returned for my second stay at this fantastic Airbnb in San Antonio, and I couldn't be happier! Richie is incredibly welcoming and focused on ensuring my stay is perfect. The space itself is immaculate and beautifully decorated, blending comfort with style. I loved the cozy living room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to recharge after exploring the city. This time we also used the pool which was extremely refreshing. Location-wise, it's perfect. Just a short drive to all the main attractions, yet located in a peaceful neighborhood. You are right on the Riverwalk so it’s super easy to walk to almost all key locations. Overall, my experience was just as great as the first time! I can't recommend this place enough and look forward to my next visit. Thank you for another memorable stay!

Our children loved the Mario theme! Felt like home. We even got to enjoy the pool a bit. Host was awesome and very communicative.

We absolutely loved staying at the Peacock Apartment. The place is even more beautiful than the pictures. All the reviews gushing about this place are true. The hostess was kind and understanding with our check-in, and it really was like a little Paradise in the middle of the city. The location is very easy to get to and close to a freeway. There are a lot of markets close by if you want to cook at home. We stayed in every morning and just enjoyed the gardens. There were also a lot of rocking chairs so it was so nice to just laze about. We will definitely be coming back here specifically the next time we come to Houston. Thank you so much Selia!!!

I've stayed here twice when I go on call and I always am able to relax and get a great nights sleep. The bed is SO comfortable. The shower is my FAVORITE part. The water pressure is amazing , it's clean and perfect with a ton of towels for your hair and body and they also go above and beyond and supply feminine products such as makeup removers. I will definitely be staying again!

My husband and I needed a last minute place to stay. We are Arlington residents but our a/c went out and with this Texas heat, there was no way we were going to stay home. Hotels rooms are always high in the area and we found this little spot and it had everything we needed. The a/c was ice cold and the bed was comfortable! We got a quick response from Brigette within minutes and on our way we were. Easy and detailed instructions. We recommend.

Our stay was so peaceful and pleasant! The homemade Greek cookies were the icing on the cake! Short drive to downtown, minimal street traffic and the cowboy tub was the perfect temp for an evening hangout! Will stay again!

Escape to the Hollows was the perfect place for a “staycation”. It was one of the best vacation rentals I’ve done. John was super responsive and friendly. When you stay there you want for nothing. You don’t need to bring anything other than your clothes and personal necessities. I’m already thinking of coming back to the Austin area for thanksgiving and Escape will be at the top of my list!

Jing’s place was exactly as described. From the moment you walked in you could tell that a lot of thought and care went into making sure you had everything you needed and more. Fishing off the balcony was a real treat. The view over the lake was amazing. Bed was very comfortable. The little touches made it even better like filtered water for coffee. Stocked kitchen with everything in place that made sense. Jing’s communicated timely and well. This is a place we would definitely return to and recommend to others. I really loved our stay. It was perfect for our my husband and I, toddler and 2 dogs. They had a pack and play, which we didn’t expect, and the location is pet friendly. There was a dog patch area a few steps away from our room. The main bedroom mattress is a bit uncomfortable, but it was okay for a short stay. The place was very clean, and stocked with the basics.

Super sweet host, place is nicer in person. View is amazing & super clean. I had left some items behind & Erica kept communication therefore I could get those items back. 10/10 stay, definitely staying here again.

We had a wonderful vacation. The location had beautiful views. Place was inviting, clean and comfortable. Host was friendly and quick to respond. Great place to enjoy the pool, golf, deer, spa, massage and lake activities. ❤️

Great hosts and place!

Everything was perfect. Very clean and very spacious. Mandy was VERY quick to respond on all questions I had. Only complaint was no TVs in the bedrooms. That being said it was also very nice to take a break from the TV when turning in for the night. We would 1000% recommend this place and will 1000% stay there again!

Zach was super responsive and provided a great stay, place was clean, it felt like a hotel experience. Thanks for the great stay with good amenities and recommendations for things to do in the area!
