A great place to stay in Austin! The house is super well appointed with everything you could possibly need. It's really clean and well maintained too. Rene was incredibly helpful and communicative and you can tell she loves the house and takes incredible care of it. Great location for exploring Austin, we felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Our corgi loved exploring the yard and playing in the bamboo "forest".

We had a great time! Jim was super helpful and welcoming and the campground was beautiful. Lots of stuff to explore and friendly people. The camper was perfect and just like the photos and description!

Jason‘s place was amazing, it was just like he mentioned in the ad. Super cozy and cute, 10 out of 10. He’s super responsive and very detailed about instructions. The location is incredible, just minutes away from everything in Austin basically. I’m going back to Austin in a couple of weeks, I’m definitely gonna stay there if it’s available.

What a fabulous place and stay. We will 100% be coming back annually. Our 6 year old daughter got to wake up, walk outside and pet horses or feed bunnies by hand. I can’t recommend this place or Helen enough. It’s an absolute gem and unique experience!

Great RV experience for a 1st-timer. Felt like being on the trails in the days of old albeit stationary. Thanks for giving my first and lasting experience of what it feels like to live in one.

The location is just as described. The yurt was pretty comfortable thanks to the fans and air conditioning. The kitchen was stocked and even grilling material was aplenty. There were smore sticks as well. Bathrooms are spacious and clean. Nearby, there is great Texan bbq and horse riding. Highly recommend.

This stay was just perfect! Quaint and cozy while also being retro and easy to get out to other places. The Shannons thought of everything—pre made ice, chilled glasses—the perfect start after a long drive. Would 100% stay here again and recommend!

Had an absolutely lovely experience! The accommodations were exactly as featured and the area was stunning and peaceful. Travis was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend this site to anyone.

This place is GEM🩷 love it here. Right outside of Dallas. Easy to find and very quiet for a rest stop. The lake was so beautiful to unwind and all the neighbors were so kind and friendly. The place had everything I needed, felt right at home! I wish I could have stayed longer. Really cute town 13 mins away with good food and coffee. Would definitely return!

I booked this very last minute for my family and I. We absolutely loved it. 😊 It was easy to get into, river access IS STEEP but we were expecting that from the booking info. (Don't recommend for elderly or older crowd.) We were able to tie our floats to a little tree near the river access and have a beautiful time. It was very peaceful, clean and organized. Beds were so so comfortable, pillows as well. Air conditioning was great. The main bedroom has its own little air conditioning, the white noise is phenomenal to sleep to. We used the fire pit and bbq pit. Highly recommend for younger or active families or crowds. Kasie was very responsive to any questions or concerns.

Judy is an AMAZING host and has a great set up. The RV was very well kept and the beds are comfortable. Her pool area is beautiful and while we did not have the time to enjoy it she showed us around and can't wait to come back to use it another time! She is super helpful and a fantastic communicator. Easy check in and easy check out. We will be back!

My wife and I stayed at Carole’s RV for a spontaneous one night trip and it was exactly what we were looking for. It was so peaceful and a great location. We saw bunnies and got to feed the horses which was super cool and unique for Galveston. Our dog loved the place too! Very cozy and felt at home.

Great place to relax and unwind to a peaceful oasis ..literally. James the owner has definitely put a lot of hard work and dedication to make this place an incredible blessing of a getaway. There are many ponds throughout the property and a nice medium sized lake to swim, fish and kayak in. Dom , was very helpful and keeps the property incredibly maintained . I enjoyed my stay and I think my little dachshund did too! The animals and the pond were just a plus to the whole place and early in the morning and late in the afternoon the deer are really cool to not only watch but take pictures, you’ll even laugh here and there when you get to see the dogs play tag with the animals they have on the property.

Green Acres In Spicewood Texas is a Christmas Wonderland!!! My work group always goes for a weekend getaway in December that includes shopping, games, food and fun. This place fit the bill and more!! Raymond was an incredible host and had everything we could possibly need- from firewood, charcoal grills ready to go, a large refrig/freezer available for use and an ice machine. The bath house was beautiful and homey with amazing showers and a comfy place to gather with thoughtful amenities throughout! We stayed in The Ambassador, the Trailette and Tiny house 4 & 4.5. The grounds were clean and well maintained with little pieces of Texas Hill Country sprinkled all around. We were able to have our whole group outside for drinks and dinner, have an amazing time, a gorgeous Texas Hill Country sunset and campfire plus enjoy beautiful holiday lights all in the same place! We also shopped in the Christmas Barn which is amazing in itself- a must see and stop by during the Christmas season!!

Our stay was great, I have absolutely no complaints. Very clean, lot of fish activity on the canal I was able to catch 4 reds including a slot size. Tv still has a decent amount of channels despite only being local and there’s both a blue ray and dvd player. This is NOT a complaint but the RV was out of propane, I didn’t contact Terry because it wasn’t a big deal to me. Bayou vista is a little tricky to get into due to the construction on 45. The main lights on the patio area didn’t work but there’s a motion light and string lights that keep things fairy bright.

My grandson and I absolutely loved this place! Very quiet and peaceful. Beautiful surroundings. The camper was roomy and comfortable. Fishing dock was great and we caught lots of fish. Our host was sweet and let us extend our stay. Everything was perfect for us. Definitely looking forward to staying again.

Beautiful location! It was very private and quiet and the front porch was the perfect spot for your morning coffee! This place had everything you needed and more! Definitely worth staying!

Great experience of staying at an RV. The experience was a lot of fun and kids loved it. What you see is exactly what you get. Very responsive host and no issues at all. We would love to come back again.
