Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Braine-l'Alleud

We enjoyed staying at Antoine's very much. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and has everything you need. We were there in June, unfortunately it wasn't too warm. But we were able to use the pellet stove and then it was very cozy. The apartment is definitely recommended and is actually even nicer than in the photos. It is located directly on the street – but that is not really disturbing. The area is really great. You can hike, bike and see Brussels, Namur, and Löwen. It's perfectly located for this. We would come back.

Anne & Jan proved extremely helpful and friendly from the very start. They gave valuable advice and were so kind as to leave a fantastic gueuze beer as a welcome gift. The house is cozy and very well organized and is in a magnificent location, an oasis of tranquility and quiet. The beautiful back garden faces west and you can admire the sunset while comfortably sitting and relaxing at the outdoor table. The emerald green fields surrounding the neighborhood are fantastic. The bathroom is tidy and the shower is magnificent, as well as in the kitchen nothing is missing, not even the coffee pods. Perfect stay with extremely welcoming hosts! To be back soon!

Spacious and warm cottage with amazing views of the farmland from the window. Just like the photos. It had everything that we needed. We look forward to returning one day.

We have enjoyed this vacation home. Such a perfect house with a personal touch where everything has been thought of in a location that only makes you quiet. Each window is a painting of the surroundings. Fantastic is the projector and screen. We had a wonderful time watching Netflix in the evening. Will soon be switching from cinema here to TV at home🥴. In addition, there are numerous hiking and cycling trails in the immediate vicinity, including the Ravel route that runs almost along the house. Hanna is a very involved host who gives you a very welcome feeling. Furthermore, the vacation home is absolutely recommended.

A beautifully crafted accommodation in a peaceful setting with easy access to to Hastiere and Dinant. Celine was a perfect host and her restaurant suggestions were first class. Thoroughly recommended.

Val and Mathieu’s home was wonderful! We traveled with a group and found the house to be a respite after long days. The home had everything we needed and Val was great! She answered our questions and took care of everything! One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever booked! Can’t recommend enough!

We had a wonderful stay at Hélène's beautiful apartment, located in a quiet, walkable, and charming neighbourhood. There are grocery stores and public transit very close by. The space had everything we needed: a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely little backyard that was perfect for relaxing. Hélène is a responsive and attentive host. We would absolutely stay here again ! :)

Studio as described. Very convenient for professional assignments in the northern zoning of Wavre. We'll definitely be back.

If you're traveling to Belgium, I highly suggest Veronique's cottage! The 5 minute walk to the Rhode-St-Genese train station is no exaggeration; we were able to take day trips to Antwerp, Gent, Leuven, Brussels (almost daily, only 20 minutes) and Namur from this location, and the train rides were at most 1.5 hours. The cottage itself is just like the photos, and it amazed us how peaceful it was while being in a suburban area. For comparison, our home is located in rural central US, and sleeping in this AirBnB was more peaceful (haven't slept this well in a while!). Veronique was very accommodating and had great restaurant and sight-seeing locations for both near the cottage as well as throughout Belgium, and even offered to pickup any groceries we might have needed. There was more than enough space for two of us, including bicycles that we brought indoors at night. This trip was amazing, I'm happy to be home, but was sad to leave. We loved our stay. Sara was very responsive. Check-in was easy, and the stairs were easy to navigate. The location is outstanding with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and retail stores. It is a very spacious apartment, and there was plenty of room for our group. We felt at home even though we stayed just 5 nights. When return to Ghent, we would definitely stay here again.

My girlfriend and I had a one night stay and the attic had such a romantic, warm and cozy vibe. Truly amazing. We decided to just make food there and hang out. I’m a big fan of plants and that made this stay extra nice and inspiring due the beautiful plants the attic has! The check in, the parking and the checkout was very easy. Also their communication was fast en spot on, everything was very clear and easy. The location was not central and we didn’t go out so I can’t say anything about that.

The apartment was clean, well located and we were made very welcome. It's an excellent base to explore Brussels and Belgium.

If you prefer a absolute quiet stay with a view in a garden area, but the town center reachable in foot distance of 15-20 Minutes, you'll definitely like it

From the outset, I would like to highlight the immense personal service that Aitor provided to me by agreeing to have a package intended for me delivered to him. He did it with a good heart. Very easy to communicate with. It was reassuring to know that we could count on him if needed. The accommodation is really fantastic and the proximity to the metro/tram is an undeniable advantage. We knew there were stairs to access the accommodation but we didn't pay attention to the fact that it's the equivalent of a third floor. Less convenient with heavy suitcases and two friends walking with a cane. There is only one bathroom and it is in one of the two bedrooms. It's a little inconvenient at night when you want to respect the privacy of the person sleeping there and you don't want to wake them up. Very well-equipped kitchen. Washer with soap. I recommend it without hesitation and a big thank you Aitor!
