House vacation rentals in Bradenton Beach

We had an amazing stay! The house was absolutely gorgeous and it had everything we needed and more. We were able to see manatees and we got to see a couple of dolphins at sunset on our last night. The pool was perfect! The hosts were very helpful and were quickly to respond to questions. We did not want to leave and look forward to coming back.

Beautiful home! The interior is stunning and beautifully decorated. The pool is AMAZING! Super close to the beach and lots of food near. 10/10!

The place was clean and as shown in the pictures. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all meals. The refrigerator and stove were clean. Having a dishwasher and washer/dryer was super helpful and convenient. Our only negative was that our mattress was very hard and the birds were chirping non-stop. Also, the hot tub didn’t get hot enough but it was pristine, just like the pool. We were close to several beaches and many stores. We really enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this place, especially for families.

This place is a GEM! We had an incredible time. The place looks like new, its super clean, and very well located. The backyard facing the water, with the hot tub and the dock was absolutely amazing. Mara’s house had everything we needed, fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs and umbrella, a speaker, even tanning lotion and repellent. It’s like if she thought of everything. The place was very close to ana maria island, to the boat ramps, to bradenton beach. We truly enjoyed our stay and recommend it 100%. Hope to be back soon.

Great place to stay with the family. Lots to do at the house to keep little ones, teens and adults entertained. The place is not far from the beach at all unless it is on Saturday when everyone is checking in or out of their rentals. Keep that in mind for your beach adventures. Otherwise, super close to everything!!! Nathan had everything there for you. Beach towels! Kitchen essentials! Very nice rental! Would stay there again!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this newly renovated and cozy place. The house was sparkling clean and had everything we needed, including a fantastic pool that the kids loved! Its convenient location made trips to Anna Maria beach and local supermarkets a breeze. A special thanks to our host, Angie, who was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely return

We had such an incredible time staying at this property! It has everything! Plenty to do even on rainy days. Can’t say enough about it. We had 8 adults and a baby and king beds for everyone which is hard to find. So private in the back yard and unique!

Our family had the best time at Dana’s. The pool and game room were enjoyed. Comfy beds and furnishings. It was a great place to stay and had everything we needed and more.

This was our first Airbnb experience and we really enjoyed our stay. We were 15 minutes away from beautiful beaches. It was super close to stores. The one issue I had were the sugar ants in the kitchen. I could not leave any food on the counters at all. I am from Florida so I understand the bugs but it can be inconvenient for longer stays. But other than that our stay was great and we would stay there again. I highly recommend this place.

We were able to check in a little early! Location is PERFECT! Able to park and walk less than a block to the beach. I took my 9 month old as well and was really easy for me to bring her back from the beach for a nap or to play in the pool!

Claudia’s place was one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed at while visiting AMI. The home was beautiful and the master bedrooms en suite felt like your own personal spa! If you’re traveling with babies or toddlers there is no safety fence around the pool, but there are alarms on every door leading out to the pool area. Claudia was very accommodating and even let us to check in early which allowed us to have a whole extra day to enjoy the pool. We really enjoyed our stay here and we highly recommend booking with Claudia!

We had a wonderful stay at Rick’s place. The house and rooms were beautiful and clean. Very well decorated and had everything you could need for a great vacation with the kids and grandparents. Rick was communicative and responsive. We very much enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the pool side cabana and porch downstairs (the kids loved the pool and all the toys!). Thank you very much for such a great stay! We would love to return for another vacation. Everyone in our party loved it very much. Sending all our compliments :)

We loved this home!! The pool and patio area was a nice space to relax and unwind. The house was clean and everything in the description of the home was 100% accurate! There were many restaurants not far from the home. It’s in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It was a great central location to be able to go out to explore St. Pete, Anna Maria Island and Sarasota! Gabe was a great host!! We would highly recommend staying here!!

The house is simply wonderful! Very cozy, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. Everything is brand new, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils you could need — from the basics to items that make cooking even easier for those who enjoy it. Communication with the hosts was excellent: they respond very quickly, are extremely proactive and attentive, always willing to help with anything needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. It was an amazing stay!

Jeff & Ingrid were great hosts. Always responsive before and during. Although, we had zero issues with the home. It was immaculate and the views were AMAZING! It was my son’s 16th birthday, but plenty of space for us + 6 teens. No one had to share and we had ample room to spend time together.

Staying at this property was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean, and the host was always available to answer our questions promptly. We had a wonderful time as a family. There is plenty of space. The pool is surrounded by nature, so there is a lot of privacy. We will be comming back again. Highly recommended!”

Ross and Hannah’s place was great for our family if 5! The pool with tv set up was amazing for our kiddos many movies in the pool during the week made it so much fun! We also loved the convenience of using the golf cart, was so close to shops and restaurants (we only used our rental car once to go to Cortez)! Hannah was also very quick to respond and s gracious host. We would recommend to families coming to ami- a good value!!

I cannot say enough good things about Beach Boutique Rentals. We have been to AMI five different times using five different rental companies, and Beach Boutique Rentals is by far the best. Thank yall for allowing us to stay in yalls beautiful home. We couldn’t have asked for anything better!! This home is so beautiful and exceeded all of our expectations and some!! We felt right at home and loved that the house had everything we needed. Check in and out was a breeze. Jeffery and Ammie were excellent at communicating and fast with responses with any questions we had. Top hosts for sure! If I could give a 10 star rating I wouldn’t think twice about it!!
