Bradenton Beach beach vacation rentals

We had an amazing stay! The house was absolutely gorgeous and it had everything we needed and more. We were able to see manatees and we got to see a couple of dolphins at sunset on our last night. The pool was perfect! The hosts were very helpful and were quickly to respond to questions. We did not want to leave and look forward to coming back.

The place was exactly as advertised and I loved how close we were to the beach. It also was pretty private and the beach wasn’t crowded at all. Even though it was great, we probably wouldn’t stay here again because of the shower. My bf has had knee surgery and it was extremely difficult to get into the shower. The side of the tub was very very high, I had to lift my knee to my chest to get into the tub and my bf struggled a lot with his bad knee to do that to get into the shower. I still give the place 5 stars because it was as advertised I just didn’t realize from photos that the bathroom would be difficult for us to manage, and that’s our personal problem not a problem with the Airbnb. Everything else was perfect!

Bryce was extremely responsive and his place was squeaky clean. Convenient location 1.5 blocks from the beach.

Kevin’s place looked just like the pictures and we enjoyed our stay here. He was very responsive with any questions that we had and we really enjoyed the outdoor space. The space was available early on check-in day, which he was very kind to let us know we could enjoy an extra couple hours at his place.

Great spot for a stop over on our way to the keys, the space was great, fit 2 adults just right, the bed was really plush and we slept well once I turned off the LED light on the AC unit it was pitch black and cool.

Beautiful home and surrounding area, Pristine home in brand new condition. Expertly furnished, lots to do for teenagers, they loved the ice bath! Well stocked kitchen. The host was very responsive and helpful would definitely recommend this location and home. Happy vacationing.

We had a wonderful stay at Ammey’s place. The location was perfect. It was close to all of the restaurants and shops on Bridge Street, it was an easy walk down the beach to other restaurants located right on the beach. It wasn’t far to Coquina Beacb and my husband enjoyed the walking/running path there. The condo was well appointed for our group of 4 people and would easily fit three couples. The extra beach umbrellas you can rent from Ammey were so convenient. There were plenty of chairs and beach toys. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to AMi.

We were able to check in a little early! Location is PERFECT! Able to park and walk less than a block to the beach. I took my 9 month old as well and was really easy for me to bring her back from the beach for a nap or to play in the pool!

We had an amazing week at this beautiful beach home! Everything was exactly as described. My family usually packs up everything, down to household items like paper towels, hand/dish soap, toilet paper, laundry supplies, etc, and drive to our destination. We flew this time (first time to AMI/ Holmes Beach) and didn’t have room to pack all of that. Not to worry- it was all provided! Beach equipment- all provided! Now, I was a little skeptical upon booking about that walk to the beach, as we are used to staying directly on the beach. However, that was an easier walk to the beach than any place we’ve ever stayed! And location!!! We practically had the beach to ourselves, which we enjoyed! It was so peaceful. Mark is a very responsive host. He checked in with us a few times during our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. If you’re considering this property, book it. You won’t regret it! 10/10 recommend FamilyTides and AMI/ Holmes Beach! Thank you to Mark and his wife!

Diana was a fantastic host! Her place is absolutely stunning—clean, beautifully decorated, and so comfortable. She was quick to respond to any questions, making everything easy and seamless. I would highly recommend both this host and location!

Perfect location. Easy beach access plus she had umbrellas we could use. Plenty of room for parking and everything was walkable distance so we didn't have to stress about finding parking near the restaurants and shops. Clean house. And she was great at communicating!

Claudia’s place was one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed at while visiting AMI. The home was beautiful and the master bedrooms en suite felt like your own personal spa! If you’re traveling with babies or toddlers there is no safety fence around the pool, but there are alarms on every door leading out to the pool area. Claudia was very accommodating and even let us to check in early which allowed us to have a whole extra day to enjoy the pool. We really enjoyed our stay here and we highly recommend booking with Claudia!

This is a nice place in a great location.

Ulrike's apartment was perfect for two couples. It was very clean and well maintained. The high quality furnishings were comfortable and met out needs. The view was outstanding! Parking under the first floor was a big plus, with an elevator to our floor. We felt safe and had privacy.

Catherine’s place was everything we hoped for, easy and short walk to the beach, not far to access the trollley and shopping. Only drawback we found was the bed being a little too soft with some uncomfortable patches on the mattress. Communications with Catherine were super easy, really helpful and rapid response. Great stay will hope to stay again.
