Beach house vacation rentals in Bradenton Beach

We had an absolutely fantastic time. The home was delightful. The ease of getting to and from the beach plus all the beach chairs and amenities Mark provided for the beach really made it all so easy. We had a great stay on AMI! The house looks brand new inside, it’s an easy walk down to the beach, having a pool was a huge bonus! The house and yard are very clean and organised, everything we needed was on site including a grille, and beach chairs. Thanks for having us!

Rebecca’s place was perfect for our family vacation of two young children, two parents and two grandparents. Her house sits on a dead end street just a few blocks from the beach. We found everything we needed for a few meals at home, and having a washer and dryer was convenient. The kicker was the outdoor pool, which we loved. We would easily recommend her place to anyone who wants a beautiful place to spend vacation.

This was our 2nd time booking with Jennifer. She is such a great host. AMI is as magical as ever. We enjoyed walking to the beach every morning and coming back to the pool in the afternoon. So many wonderful restaurants and shops all accessible by trolley—just a short walk from the condo. We love this island so much and Jennifer’s condo is the perfect location to take it all in.

I cannot say enough good things about Beach Boutique Rentals. We have been to AMI five different times using five different rental companies, and Beach Boutique Rentals is by far the best. Fantastic location! Just a short walk to the beach, and conveniently close to a grocery store and bus stop. The property also has a garage, which made it easy for us to drive while exploring the island. The space was cool, clean, and comfortable—perfect for a relaxing stay.

Ashley’s place was amazing. It was thoughtfully stocked and had everything we needed from linens to sunscreen. The home was spotless and Ashley was very attentive during our stay. Me and my family would definitely visit again!!

The house was everything and more for our family. the hosts made it even better. They were so sweet bc they got the cleaning crew to put together a little surprise for my daughter's birthday so when we arrived she would walk into a surprise party. it really was magically and felt like home. We will definitely be going back.

We had an amazing time at 200 Palms! The home is exactly as pictured with spacious bedrooms and living areas stocked with many comforts that make you feel at home. The backyard truly felt like an oasis with room to swim, grill, and play as a family. We traveled with our three children, who spent countless hours in the pool when we weren't exploring AMI. We really appreciated having pool toys and beach equipment in the shed because it made for easy beach excursions and saved us time from shopping for additional gear. If you have kids, they will love the lofted bedroom and the outdoor tree house area. The location of the home is extremely convenient as there is a grocery store less than two miles away, excursions in Bradenton are close, and getting to AMI is a breeze. The backyard makes you feel like you have a private space to enjoy. Brian is extremely responsive and all communication was prompt and clear. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again!

We had such an incredible time staying at this property! It has everything! Plenty to do even on rainy days. Can’t say enough about it. We had 8 adults and a baby and king beds for everyone which is hard to find. So private in the back yard and unique!

Our family had the best time at Dana’s. The pool and game room were enjoyed. Comfy beds and furnishings. It was a great place to stay and had everything we needed and more.

The house was ideal for our needs and exactly fit the description in the listing. Everything was clean and well maintained. All of the kitchen equipment we needed was available. If you’re looking for a place in a quiet neighborhood away from the bustle of beaches, this is a good fit with fantastic outdoor space.

This was a great place to stay! Conveniently located about two blocks from the beach and the golf cart was great to have to get around the island. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a place to stay on AMI.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is beautiful and very clean. The pool was amazing, it kept our kids busy on the rainy days. It was about a 15-20 min drive to the beaches, definitely get there early for free parking. Plenty of restaurants and stores close by. I can’t recommend this place enough, thank you for having us!

Just returned from another great stay at Kayla’s place. Everything was fantastic, the backyard pool and jacuzzi were amazing. We also really appreciate Kayla’s responsiveness. Looking forward to returning next year!

Short drive to Siesta Key. Daily morning walks revealed some very nice homes. Short walk to scenic sunsets. Close a grocery store.

We all enjoyed the stay! The property is located in a private and quiet neighborhood just minutes away from Anna Maria Island. It was clean and had plenty of amenities. Overall, I would recommend this property to anyone!

We LOVED the Captain’s Quarters at Spinnakers cottages. I feel like we totally lucked out. Everything was grand; it had everything we needed from a comfy place to sleep, to being well stocked for cooking. The outside table and sitting area was just beautiful and I loved having some little friends out there too- a friendly little lizard and the mourning doves. The kids loved the pool, and everyone was super friendly in the other cottages. It was just a great atmosphere. The location could not be any better too. The walk to the beach was super easy and after realizing I left some beach gear at home by accident, the beach locker had everything we needed. We were able to walk to restaurants. Great memories were made and everyone in my family had a wonderful time. It was our first time to AMI and I had no idea what to expect. Now, I can only dream of next time!

Enjoyed our stay at Chris's place. Pool was very clean and house was well stocked with towels, laundry supplies, etc. Kitchen had plenty pots and pans. Pool had some floats and some pool noodles. Ample seating outside for everyone. Neighborhood was very nice and we felt safe. Light switches were kind of tricky but we figured it out. Didn't stay long enough to grill but hoping to come back again and try the outside grill.

We had an amazing stay! The location is perfect — very walkable to downtown, especially with the convenient path that cuts through the side of the brewery and gets you there even faster. There’s a great little market just across from the brewery, which made grabbing a few groceries super easy. The house is on a quiet street, was clean, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and having two full bathrooms was a big plus. We also enjoyed using the bikes provided (there’s 3 total) — it was a great way to explore the nearby parks and trails. Highly recommend this vacation home to anyone visiting the wonderful town of Dunedin!

Home is located in a modest, quiet neighborhood. For the most part our stay was quiet and peaceful. The interior is spacious and neatly kept. It has everything you would need for an extended stay. Having access to the entire garage and first floor laundry was a nice perk. There is a lanai off of the back of the house with a nice sitting area. The backyard is completely fenced in and very spacious. Our 2 dogs enjoyed their time out there. The house manual is very informative and gave us many options for things to do. With all of the positive attributes, there were a few negatives. The front door is in horrible shape. It does have a keypad entry system with a deadbolt but the bottom is chipped up and bowing. There was a downed power line in the front yard. There was caution tape all over it so it’s obviously been marked as an issue. I’m assuming it was from hurricane damage??? Lastly it is an older house and could use some touch ups outside and some updates inside. Would def stay again

We were in town for a family members wedding. This house was a relaxing calm home for the hectic fun wedding wkend. Loved the coastal FL decor and vibes. Definitely felt like I was home. Very spacious for my husband and I and our 2 teenagers. Location was great! Close to all our family and friends in Palmetto and Bradenton, as well as the ceremony hall in Bradenton and just minutes away from the reception hall in Palmetto. Great communication with the hosts. Would definitely recommend and look them up when were are back down.
