Villa vacation rentals in Bradenton Beach

Will 100% be back! The home was beautiful and felt like we were at our own private resort. Thoughtful touches throughout. To be on the water but walkable to the beach - all around an incredible week. It was private. The host was awesome, great at anticipating our needs and super responsive when needed. Takes great pride in a well maintained and updated home. Home was stocked with all that we needed. Didn’t want to leave! Hard to believe it was better in person than the photos show!

Absolutely one of the best hosts we have had. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Came over when the outdoor grill would not work, made a special trip to bring a new net for the pool, and even reached out before we arrived to see if we had a need for a stroller that she wanted to drop off. The house was very, very nice. The only area that I could see for improvement is maybe a little bit of updating to the pool area. However, our kids still really enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend this place and the hosts!

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless and felt super fresh and new, which made it really comfortable from the moment we walked in. The pool was amazing—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach—and the entire property was so well maintained. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping everything in great shape. The location was also a huge highlight. It was just a short walk to the beach, and having basic beach supplies like chairs and an umbrella made our beach days even easier. The area is super walkable with plenty of shops, restaurants, and everything else you could need close by. We also really appreciated having our own grill—it was so nice to be able to cook and hang out outside in the evenings. This spot had everything we were looking for, and we can’t wait to come back again!

Alex was very professional and promptly addressed any issues we had. By issues I mean, getting us more towels and fixing the pool where it was losing water. Would definitely recommend this place!

This was one of the BEST air b&b’s I have stayed at in Sarasota so far!! Aside from the beautiful weather Inas home was very clean, and had all the amenities needed!! The pictures look exactly like what her home has to offer. She was very responsive and kind. We asked for the pool heated for the extra daily charge and she did it immediately! Very close and convenient to all grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants. About a 10 minute ride to beautiful siesta key beach. I give 10 Stars !!! Highly recommend!! Thank you Ina for hosting us and we hope to be back soon !!!! For the next guests enjoy!!

We had a great stay! We would definitely stay again!

VERY spacious. Great entrance with chairs so easily put on and off shoes which was requested. Bathrooms very clean. Master bedroom very spacious. Very nicely stocked for us to enjoy coffee and some snacks the next morning. Close to our extended family near Botanic garden. We were comfortable, beds were nice. Quiet street. Did not end up walking anywhere but close to a great and popular pickleball public park. For the few questions we did have, owners were incredibly friendly and responded quickly. Unusual layout with stairs into different parts of the house. Kitchen sort of off to the side in a nook but we were there for extended family events so not really an issue.

The mermaid villa was beyond our expectations. It was roomy enough for four adults, two bathrooms lots of stuff in the kitchen and the patio was gorgeous. It’s directly across the street from beach access and very walkable to the downtown area.

This was not only an incredible house, but Kyle was also an amazing host. He was extremely responsive and genuinely cared about our stay. We can’t stop raving about how lovely this place was—gorgeous views, cozy cabin vibes, peaceful, and private. We’d definitely come back.

Our stay at the Luxury Ultra Modern Villa in Seminole, Florida, was absolutely fantastic! Perfect for our party of five, the villa exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was ideal, just minutes from stunning beaches—only a 5-minute drive to beach access and 13 minutes to Indian Rocks Beach. The villa itself featured a sleek, modern design with an open layout that brought everyone together. The three stylish bedrooms were beautifully decorated, each with super comfortable memory foam mattresses, we all slept like babies. The highlight was the stunning backyard. The heated pool was a true oasis, perfect for cooling off during sunny days, while the spa offered a relaxing retreat in the evenings. We loved this space so much and spent most of our time out there. With beach accessories provided, we were well-equipped for the beach. The owners are great people and very responsive. We will for sure come back in the future!

Our girls' beach trip was amazing because of this place! It is extremely spacious and accommodates many comfortably. The pool was very refreshing and the outdoor shower was a nice plus. The grill was also very useful and there is plenty of outdoor seating. I would recommend bringing your own beach equipment as the chairs provided were rather rusted but still got the job done. Would recommend it and stay again!

Céline's home was perfect for our family of 7. Celine was proactive in making sure we had everything we needed. She went the extra mile with details around the house for us to have a such an enjoyable stay. The house is walkable to a grocery store and the public beach. Sometimes you can hear traffic but she does an amazing job with the pool and waterfall to drown out the traffic and it makes you feel like you are in your own backyard oasis! We definitely recommend staying here. We absolutely loved it and can't wait to be back. Thank you for everything Céline!

Karie and Chris's home provided a great place to get the family together. The home was spacious which gave our families plenty of privacy. The toy rooms were a hit with our grandchildren! The kitchen and grill were great. We cooked all our meals at home. The pool provided a bonus which we all enjoyed. A very enjoyable vacation made possible by their home!

The place was really cute and comfortable. The only thing , and this is not criticism just a suggestion , a clothes line outside to hang dry your clothes would be super helpful so you don’t have to use the dryer all the time . Apart from that all was great 🥰🥰🥰

Couldn’t have found a better place to stay for our trip. After full days at the beaches, sightseeing, and exploring it was so nice to get back to our little house to enjoy the quiet and relaxing oasis. Truly a wonderful place to stay.

Wonderful vacation! The unit is located on an inlet in Sarasota on the second floor. About a mile or two from downtown Sarasota, 11 minutes from Lido beach and 22 minutes from Siesta Key beach. We enjoyed both beaches but preferred the proximity and low key vibe of Lido beach. Publix and Walmart a mile or less from the unit. Very close proximity to lots of great restaurants and St. Armand’s circle for shopping. The unit was perfect for our family and there are two sleeper sofas in addition to the queen bed located in the master. The saltwater pool is just a short walk. There are two gas grills in the pool area open to the public that we used to grill steaks a night. The kitchen is stocked with everything that you need for cooking. We would book this unit again. The host was responsive and provided all information needed for our stay.

Great location with an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Camille was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Townhouse was exactly as described.

Bee & Peter’s place is amazing! Such a personal and charming house which guarantees you to have fun. Also communication is fantastic with responses being close to instant. Very pleasant experience

House was perfect for me and my family, easily able to locate restaurants, bush gardens 3 minutes away, door dash and uber easily found home with no difficulties. Will stay again
