The Cider Barn is in the garden of our home, surrounded by meadows with a river, 2 miles from Totnes, with its cafes, restaurants, bohemian vibes. The cottage has dedicated fibre broadband (100mb). This is our family home- we are based in a gorgeous village 10 mins from Tiverton. A stone’s throw from several wedding venues, our place would be an ideal stay over for a family who want a home to call your own for the duration of your stay. Fantastic walks on the doorstep, river access and Exmoor a short drive away, we are a superb base for a Devon holiday. We are 45-minutes from north Devon, Exmouth, Teignmouth and 25mins from Exeter. An ideal home for a peaceful retreat!

Safe Harbour is less than a 3 minute walk to the seafront, shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Over 100 years old but a modernised and fresh cottage comfortable for couples or family groups of up to 7 (+baby). Free wifi, dvd player, freesat, mp3 player. Well equipped kitchen, dining room and cosy lounge, 3 bedrooms, family bathroom, cloakroom a true home from home. For younger visitors a pleasant play park, cinema and indoor swimming pool are a stones throw away.

Idyllic Country House on a Farm

The house is in the middle of beautiful Devon countryside, on 100 acres of land not far from a small town. There are good pubs nearby and the house is only 7 minutes drive from the National Trust's Killerton House. The Nearest station is Tiverton Parkway, 10 minutes drive. Only 25 minutes drive from the centre of Exeter. One of the UKs most attractive cities. The nearest beach is at least 40 minutes away so this location is not suitable for a beach holiday.

We had a great family stay at Huccaby Cottage. The location was perfect for days out and the added bonus of the indoor pool and play facilities was excellent! The cottage is great for little ones with everything you might need, stair gates, travel cots, high chair etc. The welcome hamper was very much appreciated after our journey on the motorway was very slow, the biscuits went down a treat! It was our first visit but certainly not our last, we’re already looking to book next year! Thank you for a fab weekend. X

We would highly recommend Elly‘s place. Five stars for everything. Home away from home. It was so clean, the towels were nice and fluffy, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots or utensils you could need, the showers had good water pressure, and the TV offered Netflix. It is within close walking distance from the seafront and you can walk to the main street via the footpath by the railway line within a few minutes. Even though it is situated close to the railway line, you didn’t even notice the trains when they went past. Elly was very quick to respond to messages and help with any of our questions. Again, we would highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely be booking it again next year.

We booked this lovely house on the edge of Sidmouth as a base for visiting family. It was perfect, lovely and modern with lots of space downstairs and very comfortable bedrooms upstairs. We found it convenient for driving into Sidmouth for the shops, restaurants and beach plus accessible for our family further inland. It was very clean and everything in good order, very helpful instructions for using the hob and opening windows etc. lots of child friendly touches - our kids are older so we didn’t need the baby things but the nightlight and books/toys were welcome. I loved the decor and style of the house and the garden. We had a lovely trip and will hopefully stay here again.

We stayed at Stuart and Alison's AirBnB for a week. Everything is absolutely fantastic. You wake up with the morning sun and can start the day comfortably on the terrace with a coffee. At the pier you have the opportunity to eat, occupy yourself in the Arcades or just take a nice beach walk. In 8 minutes you are on foot in the middle of the city of paignton. So the location is absolutely perfect. The house is very well maintained and clean. If it rains, you will find a living room with TV on the first floor and enough communal games in the storage room to pass the time. All in all, we were extremely happy and very satisfied with everyone offered here. And if you have a question, you can reach Stuart directly and he responds within the shortest possible time. Many thanks to Stuart and Alison for the great stay. We will definitely remember you. Best regards and a good time, we wish them both. 🥰

The caravan was spotless and in a great location on the site, the view was outstanding. The beds were very comfortable infact I will miss that bed 😀. everything was great I would happily go back there. Hayley has made the caravan very homely..son enjoyed the collection of DVDs !

What a great find! The Log Cabin was a perfect base for the pair of us exploring Devon. After busy days on the coast or in Dartmoor, it was great to BBQ in the big garden, watching evening fall and the swallows dart about. It’s compact but doesn’t feel like that owing to Belinda’s clever use of space and décor. The pictures are accurate. Whatever space you’re in feels spacious and even sumptuous. I could be in the kitchen happily doing my thing while my partner lounged in the pleasant living room. Belinda is a great host, very helpful, coming to our rescue several times. We look forward to returning.

We had a wonderful time at the Old Tea Hut. It’s beautifully decorated, spacious, with the most amazing views. A special place to stay regardless of the season, we were treated to mostly sunny weather (the sunset was incredible across the bay!) but even on a rainy day it was great to look out and enjoy the property. Lots to do in the local area - we enjoyed a good dinner at the Finnygook Inn, golf at Whitsand Bay Golf Club, and lunch at the Cliff Top Cafe.
