A sunny self-contained apartment overlooking the park, just a five minute walk to Goodrington Sands beach. Enjoy the delights of the park and beach right on your doorstep. On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for two people to explore the surrounding area. Quiet, cosy, detached, large garden

Otter Rise is the perfect rural retreat for extended families, a romantic escape for couples or for families with children. We are sorry but we are not able to accommodate work groups. There is a cosy log burner in the lounge, underfloor heating in all rooms, a well-equipped kitchen and utility room, a family bathroom and two very comfortable bedrooms one has a double bed and en-suite shower room, the other has two single beds which can easily convert to a king size bed.
