Vacation rentals with a patio in Boulder County

I’ve been staying in Airbnbs for the past 18 months, and Kathryn’s place was the very best place I have stayed. Not only is it beautiful inside, but everything about the place is top notch. The furnishings and bedding are high quality. It doesn’t feel like a rental. Kathryn and Martin are delightful hosts. There is nothing they haven’t thought of to make you feel welcome and right at home. You will love this spot in Boulder.❤️

We had a very enjoyable stay at Sara's place. The location can't be beat, as it is walking distance to Pearl Street in Boulder, with so many great restaurants and shops. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. Sara's unit is modern and meticulously well kept. She has also provided many amenities, so as guests, we weren't lacking for anything! Sara is thoughtful and very responsive. This is one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had, and we would stay here again with no hesitation!

Jeanne’s basement apartment is lovely, comfortable, and it had everything I needed (and more) in the kitchen and bathroom. It was helpful to have a washer and dryer. Since I was visiting family, I did not have time to use the nice living room. I really appreciated the artistic, creative touches. The bed was very comfortable, and there were pillows to chose from. It was a beautiful 15-20 min walk from my family’s home, and I really enjoyed the walk. Jeanne is warm and hospitable, and I felt at home. She was easily accesible by text for communication and questions, and responded quickly. The front entrance, which also leads to the apartment downstairs, has a code, and entrance is easy. Thank you, Jeanne! I most certainly will return.

Cute place in scenic location near mountains with easy access to Boulder and highways. Very clean and it had everything that we needed during our stay. Will return in future if staying in Boulder area.

My stay was very comfortable and easy. Great instructions and responsive host. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. It probably would not work if you wanted to cook big meals, but perfect for breakfast, snacks, reheating food, etc. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and there were plenty of towels. I would definitely recommend and will stay again.

Wonderful place to stay in Boulder. We were within a 10 minute drive of amazing hiking and Pearl St. There is a convenient Safeway nearby that had all the groceries we needed for the week. The place itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Definitely would book again when we come back!

Beautiful place in a good location, was convenient for us. We were able to park both our trucks and get around town easy. The condo is nice it’s been up kept well and was comfortable. It was pricey but in comparison to a hotel room it worked great. Jesse is a really good host and it was a great stay.

I can't say enough good things about my stay at this listing and Michael and Jenny's wonderful hospitality throughout. Just super nice people, easy to communicate with and always responsive. This is truly a gem of a listing for anyone needing a home away from home while visiting Boulder county! I was at the listing for an extended stay and was pleased to find that everything I needed was already provided. The space is extremely clean and neat–all recently remodeled and well thought-out in terms of function and comfort. The wi-fi is amazingly fast, which is nice if you need to get a little remote work done. The private entrance is also nice for easy access. Overall just a 10/10 stay!

We had a lovely stay at Sara’s. Sara answered the little things that came up, very quickly. Sara’s can opener was different, it cuts the side and the pincher tool is used to lift the top right off, no sharp edges. First night we wanted to sleep in the king on the lower level. Too cold, but Sara suggested check registers, more open down, less open up, which we did: still cold. Lucky we had some warmer days and extra blankets. The furnace noise in the lower level seemed loud about 5:40 a.m.; we gave up and slept in one of the two queen beds; all comfortable mattresses. The main level toilet had a bidet which was nice. Sara brought us extra AAA batteries when the control light stopped working. One of the best things, was a Great Horned Owl, who sat in the tallest tree in the neighbors yard, occasionally hooting. We spent for a while sitting on the back porch listening to the owl, That was lovely. The back yard was great especially if you have young children. Good times

Last minute booking the day of, after another host canceled on us, Stephen and his family were wonderfully responsive and the house was spotless and very beautiful! Would highly recommend!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The host went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from their warm welcome to their prompt responses to any questions. The house itself was fantastic – clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail really stood out. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful experience!

Our stay was perfect, felt right at home, very clean, comfy, and cozy. Location was perfect, quick drive to boulder, walkable distance to a brewery.

Kimberly was great! Super responsive and accommodating. Our son was sick and it was a very comfortable and clean place for him to recover out of his dorm, she even allowed us to check out late to allow him to sleep in a bit more. She was very caring and quick to respond.

Communication was exceptional. We had instructions a couple days before we arrived. Very thorough. Ross checked in with us a day into our stay to see if we needed anything. We were greeted with a gift basket of local chips and chocolates, seltzers and wine. It felt really special. The location is unmatched. We were only a block away from my brother's house. Walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and stores. Only 30 minutes from DIA and Boulder.

Great place with plenty of space and a well-equipped kitchen, and it's in a convenient location in Longmont. Dusti was super responsive.

Our stay at this property was great! Great space and excellent common areas. The backyard was so nice. The hot tub was excellent! Communication was so easy and helpful. Would highly recommend.

The place was comfortable and had everything we needed for our week long stay. It was perfectly located with walking trails nearby and a short drive to other Boulder destinations.

A small but very well appointed and very comfortable condo right in the heart of Boulder. Everything was modern and updated, with top-of-the-line appliances and features. It is easy to get anywhere by car from the location, and the edge of CU Boulder's campus is just a block away. I will definitely consider staying here again whenever I'm back in Boulder.

What an amazing gem right in the heart of Boulder! The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything I needed for a comfortable extended stay. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions, making it easy to explore. Melissa was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. From thoughtful touches to her accommodations, her hospitality made all the difference. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and can’t wait to return!

Good location for walking to downtown Boulder and to access Eldora skiing. Very clean and very quiet unit. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well appointed. We would stay here again with our kids.

The apartment was comfortable and the bed was cozy. It was just the right amount of space for myself (or even 2 people). The location was great because within about 15 minutes, you could get to lots of different locations including downtown boulder. It was also super close to a grocery store and some other food spots! The walls are a little thin so sometimes, you could hear the neighbors especially the ones above (a few times at 1am - I think they might work a late shift) but even with that, the place was overall very quiet and I would still recommend!

Eric’s place was incredible! The space was SO clean, incredibly cozy, had everything that I needed and could think of, and Eric was such a kind and responsive host. I loved walking the neighborhood in the morning and grabbing some local coffee and just looking at the mountains. The space is very well organized and I was so at peace being able to feel right at home the moment I walked in the door (which is hard when traveling a lot of times). Everything that one could think of that they would need, Eric provided. I will absolutely be visiting again in the future.

Walnut Mews--the name of the complex where the apartment is located-- is charming and well-maintained, creekside on the west end. Our only complaint was that the bedroom is adjacent to a parking lot (the apartment is on the east end of the complex). And the location is great--near stores, Pearl Street and a mile or so from the CU campus. Also, the bed was super comfortable, with good quality cotton bedding. Camilla is an excellent host--very responsive to all texts.

We were very happy with Michelle’s place. Great location - walkable to both Pearl Street and CU campus and great hiking. Michelle is a phenomenal host and very responsive. Will definitely be back
