You can do anything on foot: 5 minutes from the city center (i.e. at the foot of the cathedral, the market and the historic heart of Périgueux), close to the bakery, butcher, pharmacy (about 150 m), supermarket 500 m away. Free parking space. Green and cycle path 200 m away. A backyard is accessible. NON-SMOKING. In order not to charge for cleaning, it must be done before checkout.

Welcome to the heart of Perigueux. Studio on the 4th floor under very bright attic, completely renovated and fully equipped. You will find all the comforts you need to enjoy a pleasant stay (Wi-Fi, linens, Nespresso…). You have a king size bed or 2 beds of 90 as well as a sofa bed (quality mattress) and a heater (on request). The stairs are narrow and period. In case of rental for 2, bedding will be provided for 1 bed. On request, the 2nd bed will be prepared (€10).
