Le Patio de l'Isle est un ancien hôtel particulier du XVIIIe siècle, élégamment rénové en deux superbes duplex qui vous offrent une immersion dans le cœur historique de Périgueux. Situés sur la charmante Place du Coderc, ces duplex sont parfaits pour des séjours en famille ou entre amis, qu’ils soient courts ou prolongés. La place elle-même, autrefois un marché médiéval, est bordée de maisons à colombages et de façades anciennes qui témoignent du riche patrimoine périgourdin.

Nestled at the back of a building, La Cabane is a fully renovated studio that offers a warm and functional living space. Thanks to its mezzanine bed and optimized layout, La Cabane combines comfort and conviviality. Close to the train station, the spinning mill, the reservoir, Claveille and the Périgueux technicentre. The wild and natural environment, as well as the presence of all the wonders of the Périgord Noir offer you plenty of activities. Linen is optional for stays of less than 3 nights. Ann and Luc, host and lover of the region will be there to make you discover it.

The House of Hearts

A tranquil rustic location, enjoy days by the pool, walks in the forest or evenings on the terrace. We accept pets by special arrangement. A refundable 300 euro security deposit will be required 3 days before your stay. we'll email you when this is due along with the rental contract required in France. In the winter months there will be a small 30euro heating fee per any stay over 3 days or more. The pool is open from June to Mid September and is not heated.
