Located in an annex of our house, our small 14 m2 studio/duplex awaits you for your tourist or business stays. It includes, on the ground floor, the kitchen and toilet; upstairs, the bedroom and its bathroom (be careful, the staircase is a little steep). Located close to the Nantes-Paris axis, Terra Botanica, public transport and shops. We ensure 24-48 hours of non-occupancy between two guests in order to best respect the health conditions. Studio 2 steps from the Loire

You will be accommodated on the ground floor of our house in a totally independent studio, you have access to and a view of the garden which is very appreciated! We will be happy to welcome you to our house located on the Loire Valley Cycle Route and close to amenities (shops, bus). Angers is a 10-minute drive, the exhibition center is a 15-minute drive. Reminder, there is no television and the wifi is cut off between midnight and 6 a.m. to avoid waves at night.

You will be quiet in a cul-de-sac, with your own private entrance and free parking. Located in the city center, 5 min walk to local shops (bakery, supermarket, etc.) and 50 m from a greenway for your walks. Immediate access to the tram will allow you to make your trips, without taking your car. Close to the Nantes-Paris road axis.

Cocon des Pins – House with Balneotherapy and Sauna

Renovated house with quality amenities (2-seater spa bath, traditional Finnish sauna, etc.). Great for a relaxing romantic stay. House located 7 minutes from Angers city center in a quiet, wooded area and 500 m from a park offering beautiful walks. Visitors are not allowed. A stone's throw from the Loire, come and recharge your batteries in a fisherman's house in the heart of a Loire hamlet, by the fireplace or in the garden. Absolute calm, birdsong, crackling flames, starry skies, picnics facing the Loire, bike or kayak rides, you are surrounded by nature 20 minutes from Angers. The villages of Rochefort and Savennières are accessible by road or by footpaths with all the local shops.

The home was built in 2020. It is completely independent. This small house offers an outdoor courtyard, an equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa bed (160 cm) and a TV. Bedroom with dressing room and a 160 cm bed. Shower room with double sink, shower and toilet. Wi-Fi is available. We are a 10-minute drive from Angers. We will be there to recommend the best deals. The tram, a supermarket and parking are nearby.

The tree house

The Cé cabin is in the heart of the historic Saint Maurille district, the oldest of the Cé bridges. The Loire flows 50 meters away, you will appreciate the proximity of the open-air café, the kayak base, the bakery, the delicatessen, the organic butcher, the wine cellar, the restaurants... Nice little house in the vineyard of Anjou, close to the golf course of Angers. Located in the Loire Valley, it offers a perfect base for visiting castles and vineyards. Very quiet environment two kilometers from the center of Brissac Loire Aubance. "La société" was the community café of the hamlet of Orgigné in the last century. Terrace appreciated by opacarophiles, parking, wood stove.
