Perfect for a couple, with very useful private parking in downtown Angers. Lots of shops within walking distance as well as bar and restaurants. Rather quiet environment.

Once again a lovely stay at Anne-Claire's, ideal for those looking for comfort, calm and relative proximity to the city center. I came to stay for work and I was able to concentrate without any worries in the evening in the apartment!

We really liked our stay at Didier's apartment. Very central location. The space was big enough for four of us. Kitchen was well equipped. We used this apartment as a good home base for making trips to Saumur and Chenonceaux. The only downside was the TV set. Although it was large, it was not a smart TV. So we were not able to connect it to our laptop or phone. We would like to come back to this apartment next year if this issue is fixed.

The apartment is impeccable, you feel at home, everything is there: the towels are soft and smell good, the bedding is comfortable, the living room is cozy! Fresh water was waiting for us in the fridge, easy access and parking in the quiet and peaceful street.

Accommodation in the city center, possibility of parking in the street or in the parking lot at the foot of the apartment. The accommodation was perfectly as described, it was very clean and the hosts were very responsive from start to finish! I would highly recommend it!

Very good stay in the apartment, comfortable, smartly furnished. Arrival without problem, with key box if necessary but Christophe is super welcoming and even offered (without me asking) to pick me up and drop me off at Angers station, which made things much easier for me! Small downside, some hair in the shower, the cleaning could have been a little more rigorous, but the apartment is very clean apart from this detail. Please note that for people with limited mobility, the stairs to access the mezzanine (bed, bathroom and shower) are very steep.

Ideally placed to enjoy the shops nearby, this home is very bright and faithful to the photos. The instructions for accessing it are extremely clear. I would 100% recommend!

Even though I was very often away from the accommodation for appointments, every moment in the accommodation with the terrace was peaceful! Convenient, quiet accommodation, close to the banks of Maine, the park and the tram to get to the center. Perfect before tackling September :) See you soon and thank you for hosting us.

We had a pleasant stay at Chantal's place! The apartment is in a perfect location, with lovely views, and tastefully decorated! It feels like home! Everything you need is there so you won't miss anything! Special mention on the location which allows you to do anything on foot! Premium performance. My wife and I spent 3 days in this wonderful place. During the day, we traveled the area with lots to discover. In the evenings, we had a real pleasure to find our "cave": bath, then jacuzzi, aperitif and candlelit dinner. The lost cliff really offered us the opportunity to disconnect from the turpitudes of the surface world. We strongly recommend!

the accommodation is an enchanting interlude in Maine and Loire. If you like a change of change of scenery, the countryside is a plus. However, the proximity of Saumur and Gennes Val de Loire allows you to find amenities quickly.

Excellent stay, everything was fine, very good idea to plan breakfast with a tasty brioche. Easy access, right in the center so a lot to do on foot in Angers and good restaurants, the castle in front beautiful. Very responsive and accommodating hosts , we highly recommend it!!
