Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. Our large family home, which is our main residence, is located in the heart of Butte Ste Anne. Privileged location in absolute calm: the countryside a stone's throw from all Nantes activities. This large family home is a haven of peace just 10 minutes by tram or bus from the center of Nantes. Nearby, the Jules Verne Museum, the Planetarium and the mural of the Acadians exiled in Chantenay. We are also a 5-minute walk from the new "Jardin Extraordinaire".

Our charming atypical house, which is our main residence, is located in a cul-de-sac, with enclosed garden, located 6 minutes walk from the Gare Maritime station (tram line 1, river shuttle). A haven of peace, it is ideally located to visit the city and explore the Voyage à Nantes! Beaches are 1 hour away. Check-in and checkout times are flexible depending on our schedules.
