We are 30 minutes from Marciac and its festival, 6 minutes from Mirande, 20 minutes from Auch, and 1 hour from Toulouse.

Charming luxury stone house annexed to the main property in a quiet area, located in the heart of the Gers countryside, 10 min from Auch. The house has 2 bedrooms, each with dressing room, shower room and toilet. A living room with sofa bed and a cocooning corner ideal for daydreaming or reading. A fully equipped and bright kitchen. A covered and intimate terrace with access to the shared swimming pool during the summer. Please note there is no internet access in my cottage.

It offers unobstructed views of the hillsides of the Gers and access to the old restored washhouse. Right in the heart of the Astarac PNR project, you will discover its biodiversity, architectural and agroecological heritage.
