My wife and I had a very good time in Ca' de' Lina. Very responsive and helpful host. Very cozy, clean and equipped apartment: efficient and easy to adjust heating, large fridge and freezer, oven, kettle, coffee machine, mixer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, drying rack inside the apartment and drying rack outside, relaxing sofa, large closets in the room and drawers in the bathroom, spacious shower, large terrace for exclusive use with table and chairs. Everything is new and cared for in detail. The bed is slatted with a memory mattress of rigid consistency, two pillows per person (one soft and one harder). Secluded location, you need to have your own car that can be parked on the street (free, there were not many cars so we did not have any parking problems). Since we stayed in low season, we greatly appreciated and found the discount of about 25% on the price to be correct.

Enrico's accommodation is even more beautiful than it appears in the photos, it is very clean, comfortable, furnished and renovated with great taste... we liked everything! The location is perfect for exploring the surroundings, and the village of Sarzana was also a discovery. Enrico was very kind, attentive, gave us excellent advice, in a nutshell made us feel really at home... and this was an added value for us. If we were to come back, we would definitely like to stay with him again! Thank you for everything!

We chose Sarzana because the accommodation is close to the train station and from there we made trips to: Pisa, Luca, Cinque Terre, Genoa, La Spezia, and many others. We had a great stay at Francesca's. We booked the place spontaneously and felt very comfortable with our 10-month-old son. The apartment was lovingly prepared and everything was thought of. Even a small play corner for our son. Francesca welcomed us warmly and had great tips for the area. We highly recommend staying with her.
