The parking is not private it is public and free. The apartment is near bus station, and it is 10 minutes walk from the coast, 15-20 minites walk to the Old town. My family lives 5 mins drive from this place and they are more than welcome to help you with anything you need. It’s 65m2 square on the fourth floor of a six year old building.
