We had an incredible stay at this spacious and phenomenal apartment. The modern and clean design, along with the well-equipped amenities and electronics, truly made it stand out. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and motorized window shades and sheers throughout, making it comfortable during the hot days. The location was perfect and central if you want to venture and drive out alongside the sea to explore different beaches and points and f interest. Apartment location also has 2 grocery stores downstairs for super convenience. It is only a 5-minute walk to the beach and pier through Slovenska Plaza resort. The host Misha was incredibly helpful and responsive, always available and polite. His attentiveness truly enhanced the overall experience. I highly recommend this Airbnb stay to anyone looking for a high end, comfortable and convenient accommodation in the area.

We absolutely loved our stay in Perast. The house is in a perfect location, close to the small markets and restaurants, and an easy bus ride or 20 minute taxi to Kotor. The view is unbelievable and the host is super attentive. We planned to do more in Montenegro but all we wanted to do was sit on the balcony and soak up the surroundings! 10/10

The venue is conveniently located close to the beach and stores, perched slightly uphill, which ensures a quiet and peaceful environment. The internet connection is excellent, making it a great choice for remote work. The inclusion of a dishwasher and dryer added to the overall convenience and comfort of the stay. Andrea is an outstanding host—responsive, attentive, and easy to communicate with.

The balcony offers absolutely breathtaking views that made our stay memorable. Branko was very responsive and always available when we needed help. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this place to other travelers.

Nena and Čedo’s place was perfect that we extended our stay! They were extremely accommodating, the housekeeping were attentive and friendly. They even got the table tennis table out for us very kindly. We would recommend, thank you!

the only thing is it is private but the if we wanna drink and dance and sing after 10 that will be a difficult easily the next house people start banging the wall to stop making noise

Stunning apartment with a incredible view and the best hosts. The garden is beautiful and the apartment has everything you could need. The apartment is a bit out of town but we managed the walk and taxis are available and cheap and the hosts helped us with these. We would recommend staying here and would hope to visit next time we are back.

Marko and Marica were gracious, friendly and fantastic hosts. The property was immaculately maintained, very well prepared and with a superbly equipped. The location is fantastic, so peaceful and with a great relaxing atmosphere. Marko met us at the nearby petrol station to show us how to get to the property including how to navigate the tight corner. The first drive up and down was quite tricky but was fine after that and no problem in a large SUV. Highly recommended place, very good location to explore Kotor Bay from and an oasis of calm where time slows down.

We loved the house and the amazing views with superb sunsets. The beaches were a short 5 minute walk from the house and not crowded. A car is absolutely essential as the nearest bars and restaurants are a minimum of 15 minutes drive away. Kotor, Tivat and Budva are within 45 to 1 hour drive. We loved Kotor , well worth a visit. A small shop is also 15 minutes drive. The supermarkets by Tivat Airport are the closest big shops. The roads from Lustica Bay to Veslo are narrow and winding. Typical mountain roads. Be prepared to stop and creep past oncoming traffic. The local drivers are patient and pull off the road if it is easier from their direction. Ivana, the hostess was helpful when needed and arranged a plumbing repair quickly. Ivana also gave us good advice when we were " adopted" by a local stray dog ( who was so cute and very well behaved) He moved on after 3 days. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any adventurous people who don't need city life.

We arrived as a family with 4 children. We had a great time. The children ran between the pool, the billiards and the mini golf. The kitchen is well-equipped and clean. Quiet and pleasant atmosphere. We had a great time!

My stay at Milan’s beautiful cliff home was absolutely unforgettable. The views were breathtaking, offering a serene and picturesque backdrop for a relaxing getaway. Superb accommodation in a quiet location a short drive away from Risan and Morinj which have all the amenities you need. The size of the house was the first thing that struck us on arrival, equalled by the tasteful decor but then topped by the magnificent views from the upper bedroom and lounge. The kitchen is well equipped, spotless and well used in our case with the roof terrace providing the perfect breakfast location. Anja was always very quick, helpful and friendly in her messages and provided a great recommendation for the Sunday Market in Risan which is well worth getting up early for, a great mooch followed by breakfast and coffee at the sea-front bar. We had such a lovely stay with Aleksandra in Montenegro! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and comfortable. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained and came with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The swimming pool was definitely a standout feature and quickly became everyone's favourite hangout spot. On our first day, Aleksandra greeted us with drinks, which was such a kind gesture and made us feel instantly at home after a long and tiring journey. Aleksandra was also incredibly helpful in arranging a rental car for us during our stay, which made things much easier as we were a larger group. The house itself was really spacious and the kitchen was fully equipped, making it super easy for us to prepare our own meals. One of the absolute highlights was the balcony , the view was stunning and we spent our evenings just sitting out there. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we are really grateful for Aleksandra’s warm hospitality.

The apartment was perfect – ideally located with everything just a short walk away. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the early check-in was a real bonus. They also took care of our tourist tax, which was a great added convenience. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back!

Very cute place right in the middle of old town. Was worried about noise but the windows block it from the street! Would stay again!

We only have amazing things to say about Carol. She very kindly came to pick us up from the airport and stopped off at the supermarket before dropping us off at the apartment. We were so grateful. She gave us some great recommendations too. The apartment is right opposite a beach club which is brilliant. really lovely sunbeds and umbrellas (30 euros for a full day) but there's was also a public beach too for us to enjoy a dip if we didn't want to stay there for the whole day. The food at the beach club was also delicious. There are two amazing restaurants about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Klacken and a waterside oyster and mussels BBQ. Both were exceptional and incredibly fresh. Perast is a 2km walk away where there are multiple restaurants, all of them lovely. But the walk is on a main road by the apartment so be sure to get a taxi. We had such a wonderful stay. would definitely recommend to friends.

Everything as in pictures. Super clean and tidy.Liked the freshiness and excellent aroma. Apartment had all the necessery tools and dishes to comfortably spend there whole week! And absolutely loved the view! We felt really welcomed and like home .Very clear instructions about how to find appartment, how to check in. We had a nice stay. Luka was very helpful, even when the crazy grumpy didn’t let us to park in the public parking, he offered that he’d come and talk with her. But we found another parking spot, bc we didn’t want any problem with the crazy woman. The apartment was clean, nice location

Mr. Tuncay and his family were very helpful and answered our questions very quickly and helped us a lot. The house was spotless, I was very nervous because I had a 1-year-old baby, but we had no problems at all, we felt like we were in our own home. The location was 10 minutes away from Budva by car and half an hour away from Kotor side. The location was quiet, peaceful, calm, we loved it, we were very satisfied. We had a really good time in Anna‘s beautiful apartment, especially the view was absolutely gorgeous and we will keep fond memories of this holiday. Anna was very responsive and helpful at all times. We certainly hope to be back at some point.
