The apartment was great. Location is right next to the restaurants/ beaches and Old Town ( 4 min walk). EACH room has AC , which is a must if you travel in the summer. Beds are very comfortable. The building has its own restaurant and reception. They call the taxi if you need. Milos is very a helpful and accommodating host who responded to questions promptly and clearly. Thank you for a great stay!

A lovely apartment with great views of Kotor Bay, great for a boat pick up for the tour. Olga and the team are very friendly and helpful, you’ll enjoy your stay.

We loved our stay at this place, Jelena was so so kind and had a great personality (also has a super cute dog ❤️). The apartment was exactly as described and shown in pictures, comes with a secluded patio where you can chill as well. Overall, loved everything about it and would recommend to anyone who comes to Budva to stay here!

It is a superb location to stay at in Budva. The apartment is nice and clean and has everything you need. The view from the balcony is great and you can chill out on it. The Dukley estate is a high-class property that includes a secluded area packed with a luxury hotel, private apartments, restaurants, spa salons and a beach. There is a free golf cart transportation inside the gated community of Dukley and our favorite part - a free boat departing from Dukley to the old town of Budva every hour. There is a pedestrian tunnel that starts under the Dukley leading to the beaches in Budva or on the other side of Dukley there is a Becici beach in a 10 minute walking distance. Parking inside is paid and expensive (there is an hourly option (2 euro/hour) and day parking at Dukley Hotel (30 euro). We parked inside for one night only and then managed to park in a free spot on the road below the Dukley place (Becici side). In the evening there are some spots available if you are lucky.

We recently stayed for a week away with our young family. The house is absolutely perfect, has everything you can possibly need for an incredible holiday. The view is out of this world - we felt very lucky to be there. Mladen was so friendly and helpful, answering all questions we had very quickly and going out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Like everyone who writes Oksana is a great host, he's always there for any questions. The apartment was clean and the same as the pictures, close to the beach and shops. +Across the street is directly a restaurant where there is a different daily menu every day (soup, main course, salad, and casa pizza's yr for €9.5). The beach restaurants/cafes where there are also plenty of fast food (pizza, gyros, palanic, burger, etc for 2-4€) are not far away. As well as an idea shop and various bakeries are close to the apartment. - For those who plan to cook often, there may be no hot water in the kitchen to wash dishes. +In the apartment there are basic cooking utensils, a hair dryer, an ironing board and an iron, a washing machine, a clothesline for drying the laundry(which should possibly be replaced-the pair of wires are discouraged). -What it doesn't have a scratch/detergent to wash your laundry, but it's easy to get. But nothing works on Sundays, so on time to shop. For those who come with small children and strollers - you know there are about a dozen steps before the elevator. +You get the internet you can carry with you, the battery holds for 4 hours.

Zeljko was a great guy and made us comfortable as he can. He was nice and kind to us. Welcome gifts were brilliant, view of Kotor Bay seen from balcony and the pool was also brilliant. Unfortunately we couldn't use the pool due to weather conditions, however me and my wife will definitely come again next summer to stay more than this time.

Perfect accommodation for our group of 9! The house was beautiful and the host was very responsive. The location was ideal and we loved the pool. The only negative points were that the wifi was malfunctioning and one of the showers was leaking.

Had a brilliant stay at Tatiana’s place. Tatiana was incredibly responsive throughout and let us have a later check out, which was really helpful with children. The apartment itself is great. Has everything that you need, is as described and clean. The view from the balcony was an absolute highlight for us. We spent every evening on the balcony - the view is something we will miss. There is also a pool, which my kids really enjoyed. The apartment itself is located about 1 hours walk from Kotor old town, but it is a nice walk along the beach front. Taxi’s are also easily accessible. We actually really enjoyed the area where the apartment itself is located. A little quieter than the busier old town- but still with a beautiful beach/promenade.There is a great restaurant nearby- where you can swim in the sea - which was great. Our kids loved it. There is also a park, a shop and a brilliant bakers within walking distance. Would recommend!

Nena and Čedo’s place was perfect that we extended our stay! They were extremely accommodating, the housekeeping were attentive and friendly. They even got the table tennis table out for us very kindly. We would recommend, thank you!

We had a great stay, the view from the pool is incredible. The house is equipped with ever that you need for a short stay, there is cute little beach and a great restaurant Tramontana beach bar with amazing food and views within walkable distance.

Everything as in pictures. Super clean and tidy.Liked the freshiness and excellent aroma. Apartment had all the necessery tools and dishes to comfortably spend there whole week! And absolutely loved the view! We felt really welcomed and like home .Very clear instructions about how to find appartment, how to check in. Marko & his wife are amazing hosts! They are very friendly and always ready to help and give some advice! Marko responds quickly. They even helped us to order some pizzas. The villa was amazing and as described. We had a great time and would like to come again! 😊

The view from the balcony and the bedroom is phenomenal. Waking up to that picturesque is truly magical! Jovan has been extremely helpful by not just answering our questions but also by providing additional information so that we could fully explore and enjoy Lustica and its surroundings. I’d love to come back soon - that’s how good everything was!

The place is amazing, the view is stunning, and everything is as described. Jelena was outstanding. We had a special request, and she granted it for us. She provided correct and detailed instructions, making check-in very smooth. We had an incident where locals slashed our tires and scratched our car due to a hate crime (I know, shocking, considering the civilized impression this village conveys). Jelena was very helpful and sent someone to assist us in fixing the car. She even offered us an extra day completely free. She did everything she could to ensure we enjoyed our stay despite the unforeseen difficulties.

I had a great stay! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my visit, always quick to reply and assist with anything I needed. The place is in a great location — just a 15-minute walk to Budva Beach and the Old Town, which made it super convenient for exploring. Highly recommend!

Hello, everything was perfect for me and my mom. We really enjoyed the view and house. Location also was good for us near the good beaches by walk-in just 5 minutes and also near area you can find markets it was good. If we can come again we would like to stay at Irinas house. Thank you again.

Everything was just amazing! The apartment was just like the photos, everything was clean and had all the needs what you need and even more. Hosts are very friendly, always replied, and helped then needed. The location of the place is also great. It has all of the necessities near and lots of great restaurants. Really liked staying there, felt like a second home!

Serenity at it's finest. The use of space 👌, the bay of Kotor was beautiful and the people watching superb. Highly recommend this place. They had a cake, candle and lighter delivered for my wife's birthday. So sweet

Perfect apartment for a longer stay near all the nice beaches of the Montenegro coast. Has everything included that you need for beach days (towels, umbrella etc.) and nice kitchen. The apartment is spacious and the little balcony is a great place to relax. We worked in the apartment during the days - good wifi, good work station in the bed room! The only issue here is parking. We got a quote high fine for parking next to the apartment, and a “warning”when parking at the Voli nearby, which was also mostly full . So probably worth investing time in finding a proper parking.

Beautiful accommodation for a holiday in Budva. The apartment is really 6 minutes from the beach, (beach has comfortable entrance to the water and a nice beach cafe). On the way to the beach there is an authentic restaurant with a patio under a huge old oak tree. Several grocery shops are located next to the apartment. The flat is in excellent condition, well renovated and has all the necessary appliances. It is spotlessly clean. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. From the balcony there is a great view of the sea. The host Ekaterina was helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this flat for a stay in Budva.
