Very nice place by the sea and palm trees. Very good vibes from the place, a balcony with a good view. Irene the host is very quick at responding and helpful, she recommended places I didn’t even know to visit which made the trip even better. Apartment very clean and spacious and well equipped kitchen. Would highly recommend. Thank you for having us.

Great apartment with a wonderful view! Perfect for relaxing, listening to the waves and watching the sunrise! We really enjoyed our stay! Apartment correspondents exactly to the pictures and the host was very easy to communicate with. The surrounding area is also very nice. The apartment is just by the seaside, there are walking paths and restaurants nearby and Menton is just a short walk away.

This apartment is a bright and rare pearl of the Cote d'Azur. Full of light, spacious, very fashionable, and comfortable at the same time, thought out to the smallest detail made our vacation unforgettable! Many thanks to its owner Nadine for her friendly warm welcome and attention.

Localização excelente pois está perto da praia e suficientemente “longe” do barulho. Fácil para andar a pé com muitos serviços nas redondezas. Anfitrião 5 estrelas sempre pronto a ajudar e de conversa fácil. Esteve sempre preocupado em ajudar em tudo. Os meus parabéns para o senhor Marcello.

Our recent 4 day stay was our second visit to Beaulieu-sur-Mer, as we loved our first 7 day stay, back in August 2023, so much we decided to return. It was our first time using an Airbnb and I would highly recommend it. Fox Keys and our host communicated clearly, promptly, were very accommodating and very helpful. The apartment was as described, with the added bonus of being located within a quite and respectful, residential area. Additionally, the apartments location gave us a beautiful sea view, which was fantastic to wake up to each morning, (even before you've stepped out of bed). Just amazing. Thank you so much to Cindy, our host, for being so attentive and supportive. xx

The location is incredible. So close to town but quietly set on the side of a cliff. I would suggest paying for the lift which was an extra $50 at the bottom of the lift you will find a bar, and plenty of beach to explore. When we were not at the beach or in town, we were outside on the incredible patio overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, looking back at France and enjoying every Bit of nature we could. The inside of the condo looks dated and old, the kitchen is very small, but we barely spent any time inside. It was clean and had pretty much everything we needed. It was sad to leave.

Notre séjour dans l'appartement de Caroline s'est passé à merveille. Il était très bien, propre et tout à fait conforme à la description. La communication avec Caroline est très facile. Elle reste disponible et réactive à toutes les interrrogations de ses hôtes lors de la réservation. N'étant pas sur place lors de notre séjour, l'accueil a été assuré par Louis. Ce dernier a été parfait pour nous accueillir dans les meilleures conditions possibles (ponctuel, sourire, gentillesse et disponible à souhait pendant toutes nos vacances au cas où). L'approche n'a rien à voir avec une boite à clés.... Je recommande donc l'appartement sans hésiter en raison de sa qualité et de personnes comme Caroline (propriétaire) et de Louis.

We travelled from California and this was our family's first trip to France. My husband, myself, and our two boys (11 & 12) were comfortable in the space. It is not fancy but clean and had everything we needed. The view can't be beat. Sleeping with the sliding doors cracked we listened to the peaceful waves all night. We walked down the many stairs to Plage Mala several times, it was an amazing spot to relax and the kids were able to build sand castles. We were visiting in October and the beach clubs were closed for the season. We are at the Brasserie in Cap d'ail and they were very friendly, spoke English, and had wonderful food! We rented a car and were easily able to travel to Monaco, Italy, and Nice during our stay. I would highly recommend this apartment and we hope to come back in the future.

È la seconda volta che abbiamo scelto di alloggiare in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati nuovamente molto bene. La posizione è strategica (è presente una passeggiata che costeggia il mare con una vista mozzafiato che ci ha permesso di arrivare a Monaco in 15/20 min a piedi) e il parcheggio è semplice da trovare e molto vicino all’ingresso della casa. Si percepiva una nuova mano di tinta alle pareti che ha reso l’appartamento rinnovato e ancora più curato.

Absolutely gorgeous place with incredible views. Great location - steps from the beach and also the train. Rutger was extremely helpful & available for communication. We stayed for the tennis tournament and regrettably did not get to spend a lot of time enjoying the gardens, but we definitely hope to be back!

Laurie er meget opmærksom og omsorgsfuld. Vi havde regn 2 dage i træk og hun forkælede os med økologisk morgenmad og tur til Eze. Bolig er smuk indrettet med bedårende udsigt fra terrassen. Ligger væk fra centrum på en bakke men gode busforbindelser. En gang til kæmpe tak til Laurie❤️

Nous avons organisé une super Baby shower dans le jardin d’Aurelie. Son mari a été d’une extrême gentillesse en nous aidant à apporter les affaires en voiture car l’accès pédestre n’était pas pratique pour apporter autant d’affaire. Merci encore !

Jean-Marc to po prostu dobry, pomocny, życzliwy człowiek, a spotkanie z nim przywraca optykę patrzenia na świat jako przyjazne miejsce. Jesteśmy wdzięczni za pobyt w tym domu: dobrze wyposażony, kameralny, wygodny, przestrzenny, klimatyczny, z cudownym widokiem na morze. Świetnie wyposażony sklep „na dole”, kuchnia zachęcająca do wspólnego gotowania, dużo zieleni, spokojna okolica. Dla nas - baza do zwiedzania zachwycającego pięknem Lazurowego Wybrzeża. To był dobry czas. 10/10. Dziękuję i polecam :)

Gemma und Federico sind unglaubliche Herzmenschen und haben uns wärmstens empfangen. Das Apartment ist großzügig und in Teilen neu renoviert. Die beiden sind sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Die Lage des Hauses ist unweit vom Strand, Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, danke!

Mein Mann, unser 12 jähriger Sohn und ich hatten tolle 12 Tage in dieser Unterkunft und der Umgebung. Sie entspricht komplett der Beschreibung von Giulia. Der zugehörige Parkplatz in einer Tiefgarage ist 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt und war sehr großzügig zum Einparken. Die Lage der Unterkunft (sehr ruhig und doch zentral) war hervorragend für die vielen Ausflüge entlang der Küste und ins Hinterland. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir bequem im Garten abstellen, der sehr schöne Zitronenbäume, eine Tischtennisplatte und Stühle sowie einen Tisch zum Verweilen enthält. Die Umgebung hält viele Caffes und Restaurants bereit. Unser Sohn muss sich glutenfrei ernähren und wir fanden direkt eine Straße weiter eine hervorragende Pizzeria (My Dream), die eine exzellente glutenfreie Pizza herstellt. Wir können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Wow! Where do I start?!! This is one of the nicest, cleanest apartments that I’ve ever stayed in. When I walked in after an 11-hour flight from California, it smelled so clean; everything was in place, and the view to the Mediterranean was Amazing! If it weren’t for having to get groceries, I could have stayed in this apartment on the deck the entire time. Vassil was extremely helpful in every way as a host. His instructions were very clear; he suggested some great restaurants and wonderful day trips from Nice. If I had a question for Vassil, he always responded very quickly. I plan to return to Nice before end of the year, and I hope that one of Vassil’s apartments will be available. Vassil is most definitely a 5-star host!🌸

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit! Zwei Erwachsene und drei Kinder. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, gepflegt, hat alles, was für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub brauchen! Allein der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist schon einiges wert! Die Wohnung liegt ein paar hundert Meter von der Altstadt entfernt, sodass Sie bequem über die Uferpromenade laufen können. Und auch eine hervorragende Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Das Ein- und Auschecken in die Wohnung verlief ohne Probleme. Ausgezeichnete Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter! Vielen Dank für die wundervollen Momente im Leben der Touristen! Immer wieder gerne!

If you want to stay right in the heart of Sanremo, picking your breakfast from the bakery on the corner, with restaurants and shops, culture all around you, beaches and markets within 10 minute walk, and at the same time live like film stars, this is the place❤️ Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful apartment. O apartamento é incrível: amplo, bem decorado, tem todas as comodidades anunciadas e muitos outros toques que nos fazem sentir em casa. Cápsulas de café, frutas, temperos… não faltava nada! O acesso a Mônaco e Nice é super fácil, os ônibus funcionam super bem! O conforto de ter uma garagem exclusiva é um diferencial também! O Promenade da vizinhança é incrível!!! Vale uma caminhada diária para começar ou terminar bem o dia! O espaço vale todas as estrelas possíveis na avaliação!

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

Great apartment with amazing view. Very clean, modern and equipped with everything you need. A beautiful beach with restaurant is just below. A real little paradise to enjoy in an ideal location. The environment is very peaceful and ideal for rest. I recommend Uber for translation to nearby places. Laura is wonderful and I have all the recommendations for this apartment. We will definitely come again!

Très bon accueil. Propreté impeccable. Appartement très bien situé et bien connecté au réseau de bus. Nous n’avons quasiment pas utilisé notre voiture durant le séjour. Nous recommandons.

Willy was very responsive to any questions proposed. His place was very clean and the stairs as seen in the air bandb photos were not an issue for me. There are rails to hold onto as you ascend/descend, as the stairs are steep. The area was very peaceful and close to restaurants, markets and pharmacies. Anything you may need or want, including the beach was in close proximity. Great stay !
