I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—central and close to everything I wanted to see yet quiet enough at night. You can see the bell tower of the Church from the windows. The concierge was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making sure I could check in early, and that I could find everything during my stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Nice!

Hey, so the place is in a quiet area, close to the tram, bus stop, and Promenade des Anglais. The sea is super clear, and the beach isn't too crowded, which we loved. There's a park with a small playground near the studio, which our kids loved. The studio looks exactly like in the pictures and the kitchen has everything you need for a holiday, and we liked that there was an iron and a vacuum too. The host was really quick to respond and super understanding with checking in and checking out times. Thanks, Valerie!

The host was very kind and thoughtful, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The room was cozy and equipped for basic cooking and laundry, making it ideal for a long-term stay. Located close to the city center, it’s a lovely place to enjoy shopping and sightseeing.

We stayed for 3 nights in the apartment and had a wonderful time. It was during the warmest season so it was great coming in to the apartment with great a/c. Loved the little balcony and the location in the heart of old town was great. Took the bus to and from the airport and with google maps it was fast and easy to find. Lovely hotel as neighbor but they charge 8€ for a coffe so go down to the cosy places in old town instead.

Fantastic location, fantastic accommodation, beautifully furnished and spotless. We could not have hoped for a better place to stay. Suzanne checked us in and helped us throughout our stay when I had questions, she could not have been more helpful. The kitchen has everything you would need and more without being cluttered. Beds, linen etc very comfortable. I would highly recommend to others and will stay again if available.

Absolutely lovely property. We had an amazing few days here. The location is perfect in the old town, close to all the restaurants and shops. Wonderful view from the terrace. Communication with Yann couldn't have been better and he was very helpful and accomodated all our requests. Brilliant. I cant recommend the property highly enough. We would definately go back.

Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

Picasso by the Sea was a beautiful place to stay, next door to the Picasso museum, steps away from the daily market and the old town. The furnishings and artwork in the apartment were lovely. Our family had a very enjoyable week staying here. Very spacious apartment for Europe, with ample cupboard space and ample living spaces. We would highly recommend.

Best location in the old town of Antibes. We loved the stay. The parking is 5 minutes away, be sure to book a multi day parking pass otherwise it gets expensive

Fabulous apartment - amazing location and perfectly decorated. We were attending the MIPIM Convention in Cannes, and this apartment was the perfect choice for a break from the crowds - better than any 5 star hotel in Cannes. Will most certainly be back to enjoy this comfortable apartment and everything that Antibes has to offer. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This was an amazing stay. The view is beautiful. We had our own private oasis overlooking the area. It was amazing to watch the sun rise each morning over the water. Salt water pool was very nice. Plenty of chairs by the pool and a giant umbrella if needed. Outdoor shower, grill, and an outdoor sink. You should book this! Thank me later!

Very pleasant stay at Sandrine's. Superb and very well-equipped apartment. Sandrine is a very welcoming and friendly host and very attentive. The rooftop terrace is very large and very well furnished and offers us a magnificent sea view. The pool is beautiful. We'll be back when we get the chance to come back to Nice. We highly recommend this listing.

Amazing location, walkable to transport and Nice town centre, felt like a home away from home with all of the creature comforts a couple or family may need, also our hosts were very helpful and communicative. On the last day we caught the sunrise from the balcony, what a marvelous view! All in all a five star experience, very highly recommended.
