Accommodation well beyond expectations, Alexandra was super kind and gave us all the directions. Great location for walking to the beach and with bikes provided in the surrounding area. Free parking under the house and nearby. Very clean apartment, scented sheets and towels. Super recommended! Very kind host

The view alone makes this place worth it. It will take your breath away. The unit has everything one would need to make a small breakfast or small meal and coffee on the terrace was spectacular. It was clean upon arrival. Location was great as we used it as a hub to get to the F1 events. While I researched Menton I didn’t know it was just a short walk away. It is such a beautiful quaint city we loved it. Don’t forget the old town of Roquebrune it was my favorite. We would consider coming back to this apartment.

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment and it is always a pleasure to stay there. The apartment is cozy and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is also located in a quiet area and is close to the sea and restaurants within walking distance. The host and the person who greeted us are kind and accommodating. We can only recommend this apartment to people wishing to have a pleasant stay in Ospedaletti!

What a great stay! We loved our stay in Fabio’s place. The views were lovely. The host, Gariella was great. We felt very comfortable in the appartment. It was fabulous and had everything we needed, especially when the weather was rainy, we were very happy staying at home!

It was perfect! Close to everything but quiet. The garden area was a treat as well! Looks just like the photos and is stocked with everything you could need. We would definitely rent again the next time we’re in Nice.

Would 100% recommend this place. The airbnb itself was really clean; well stocked and lovely. as pictured. Carine greeted us and showed us around and was lovely! During our stay Carine and Jerome were really fast to respond and were really helpful with any questions we had! The location was perfect. Great accommodation, green area, lemons grow, the house has everything you need to live: kitchen, washing machine, towels, bedding. The owners are wonderful!

Casa Rossa is truly a slice of heaven. Stunning, perfect location. Walking through the garden on the first night, we got “lost” as it got dark. And then magically these beautiful lights started to light a path up to our guest house. It brought moments of surprise and awe everyday. And everyone can use a little more of that in their lives. Tip: don’t drive your car and walk to the port/restaurants from the garden’s private gate. Tip: don’t use the AC in bedroom and sleep with windows open to enjoy the sound of the waves and ocean breeze. Tip: to the right of the driveway, there’s an amazing “hidden” bench down a long pathway - you have to duck under a tree and then when you sit - you will find one of the most beautiful views in the world. I think views like that created poetry, philosophy, and art. We had a truly amazing time. Daniela was so lovely as a hostess - thank you for our gift. And thank you to Silvio, you were wonderful at quick communication. Gratzie!

We had a great time at Rutger’s place, enjoying a lovely welcome from the host himself which was very welcome after a long drive from the UK🍷 We loved the outstanding views from the property and the close proximity to Monaco for our visit to the Grand Prix. As with all properties in this area, we enjoyed(?) the work out provided by the slopes and hills. We would happily stay in this great family home again. The apartment was beautiful, with modern and high quality amenities. It had everything and more one may need for a comfortable stay. Laurie was super helpful and communicated very fast, answering all of my questions. It was a really great stay, i would definitely recommend it if you don‘t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the Nice downtown.

This home is in an amazing location with easy access to the bus which takes you everywhere you want to go and more. The home has so much character and of course beautiful views. Dominique and his wife met us at the bus stop and orientated us around the home which was very helpful. Recommend and would stay again.

Small house ideally located overlooking the sea and in the middle of the pines. Marcello welcomed us with great kindness. Wonderful nights with very comfortable bedding and the sound of waves. 5-minute walk to the beach by a beautiful path. Very clean with everything you need as well as small touches and good addresses. Very relaxing and rejuvenating stay!

We stayed in Vallecrosia one night, everything was perfect, immediate host responsiveness, clear and precise directions, self check-in, flexibility in check-out time, the house has everything you need and more with a touch of personality, very nice and well furnished. Supermarkets within walking distance as well as a very nice trattoria that offers simple dishes with excellent value for money "Trattoria Lo Cherippo". For those interested in staying in this area, I highly recommend staying at Rita's. Thank you and see you next time

Great place to relax. Rebecca was very communicative, and her cookies were SO DELICIOUS! A very nice treat after many hours of travel. Apartment is clean and has all of the essentials and then some. Would stay here again.

A beautiful 1 bedroom apartment, very clean and spacious. The balcony was nice and gave us a chance to sit outside, even with the facade construction. They have an umbrella and mats for the beach that you can take which seemed really nice and convenient if staying more than one night. A few downsides are they charged an extra $35 per person- I think for a one night stay this is pretty steep for “electricity, water, and amenities”. Also, the hot water ran out midway through a second shower. Finally, I know it’s Airbnb and not someone’s full time job but a 4 hour window to check in and having to coordinate a specific time to meet the host was inconvenient. We ended up paying about $20 to store our bags at the train and had to make sure we got back at a specific time after a day out to meet to check in. Im sure it would have been more fine if we stayed multiple days but for one day, it was a lot to set up. The space itself is beautiful, the AC worked well and the bed was comfy.

It really was just as beautiful and romantic as the pictures. The view from the balcony was phenomenal, apartment smelled and felt so clean the whole stay. The apartment had pretty much everything you could need in it. The owners were so proactive keeping in touch with different recommendations and letting us know beforehand what’s happening in the city as different protests took place + a big conference started mid stay. We felt taken care of. It was an amazing place to stay at, would definitely visit again!

We had a fantastic stay! 3 minutes to the beach and 3 minutes to Carnoles train station - couldn’t be better located. Also right in front of a great local restaurant Le Piccadilly. Hosts were friendly and very responsive and even gifted us with welcome drinks. Would stay here again next time I visit cote d’azur!

We enjoyed a lovely stay in Villefranche at Conor’s home. The apartment is conveniently located near a bakery, fruit store, and pharmacy making it easy to gather food for breakfast on the balcony. The nearby bus makes for a quick commute to Nice, while the Villefranche harbor and restaurants are a short walk away.

Luxurious apartment with incredibly beautiful sea view. The apartment included everything we needed for a perfect holiday; beach very close as well as grocery stores and a good boulangerie. There is a quite busy street near the apartment but that didn't bother us and we slept very well. Would love to return to this beautiful place.

We felt right at home in Nicola's slice of heaven! The space was efficient, well appointed, and the views from inside and from the terrace were nothing short of amazing. If you are looking for remote, quiet, and private this is your place. The town is a short walk away with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops to choose from. Bring your binoculars to watch the fishermen and other sea activities.
