it's a 100 year old home but is well maintained and definitely unique. Loved the porches and front cottage garden. Very pleasant stay.

This place was absolutely fantastic! Matt is very quick to respond. the place was very clean, unique and very peaceful! the heated pool after a full day at work was absolutely amazing and very well kept. we will definitely be back to this location!

Just what we needed this trip. Peace, quiet, comfort -- you could hear the silence. Bright, spacious home and awesome layout with comfortable beds and living room couch, great shower, huge TV with Netflix. Location was great - close to our daughter's so quick trips to pick up the grands. Beautiful playpark, walking path around the lake, loads of equipment to play on, skating ramp and ample space to ride scooters and bikes. Hosts were super responsive...we were extra blessed with an earlier check-in, which worked out perfectly to drop off our boxes/luggage and make room to surprise our grands by picking them up from their last day of school. THAT MEMORY WAS PRECIOUS AND PRICELESS! Would love to stay there again next year for our annual trip back.

This is our second time staying here and we had a fantastic time ! Derek and Patricia are very welcoming hosts , with excellent hospitality and communication skills ! Our hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay . From the well stocked kitchen to the thoughtful welcome basket, we felt right at home ! Their house is comfortable, spotless, beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a perfect stay .The neighborhood is peaceful., yet is close to grocery stores ,shops, restaurants and downtown Columbia. We would definitely stay here again.. Five star hosts and a five star experience !

Amazing country cabin, perfect to get away and relax. Loved the farm animals and the atmosphere was so calming and peaceful.

This is a hidden jewel! It was like going back in time to grandmas house in many ways. Super comfy, everything we needed was there. Outdoor kitchen and firepit with furnished wood was a plus. Jack was very accommodating and quick to respond. Not far from restaurants or Columbia. Hope to re-visit! Highly recommend!!

This home was amazing! The property is beautiful and the home is incredible. All 5 bedrooms were great size; almost everybody felt like they were getting a master suite because of the size of the rooms. We had a birthday party for my mother-in-law and all 6 of her kids and many of her grandkids were there and we never felt like the space was too small. Lots of great outdoor hangout areas and a large playset with swings for the kids. We didn't get to try the pool because of the weather but it looked clean and our kids were begging to get in. We didn't have any issues and would go back in a heartbeat.

Do not hesitate to book this beautiful house! This home is stocked with everything you could possible need and more. Things we enjoyed...morning coffee on the back deck overlooking the beautiful back yard, the fresh eggs, milk and orange juice, the large bedroom with comfy beds and pool towels. The pool, hot tub and fire pit made our evening nice and relaxing. Susan is a wonderful host. Thank you for the hospitality!

We absolutely loved this Airbnb! Tina and David are so kind and welcoming. Tina was quick to reply to any request, she has this home stocked with everything you can possibly need. The home is very clean, beautiful and even larger than I expected. We absolutely loved how serene and peaceful the property is. We loved visiting the chickens and the horse. OMG my daughter absolutely loves their sweet horse. We will definitely be back. We have stayed at a ton of VRBO, rentals and Airbnbs. this is definitely one of our favorites. Thank you Tina and Davis for making our trip so wonderful!

The house was close to the wedding we were going to. It was a very private nice beautiful area. Our son-in-law brought our grandkids by while waiting to leave for the wedding and we took our grandkids fishing it was great fun. House was perfect for us as it had 3 bedrooms and quiet. Would definitely recommend. Angela was a great host and very responsive.

This house is a peaceful find! It’s set on beautiful land and has a sweet cabin feel! 3 bedrooms and nice space for the living room area! Stephanie the host was super accommodating and responsive!

Absolutely phenomenal stay! I have diagnosed OCD, so cleanliness is a huge deal for me—and this place exceeded every expectation. It was spotless from top to bottom, and I truly felt at ease the entire time. The setup was adorable, the rooms were spacious and cozy, and the attention to detail was unmatched. The outdoor area was something out of a dream—patios unlike anything I’ve seen before. We were lucky enough to spot hummingbirds, a fox, and even got to hang out with the sweetest chickens and roosters who actually love being fed and chatted with! More than just the space, the whole vibe felt welcoming and thoughtful. You can tell the hosts really care. I’ll absolutely be back—not only because of the cleanliness, but because it felt like a little peaceful slice of home.

The space was exactly as described—beautifully decorated, thoughtfully stocked, and super comfortable. You can tell Nathan really cares about his guests; every detail was well thought out, from the soft linens to the little touches that made us feel right at home. Communication was smooth and responsive the entire time. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would 100% book again. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at the greenhouse! It was the perfect place for our quick trip to Columbia. The house was very clean and the decor was beautiful. Our kiddos really enjoyed the kids corner.

Erin's farmhouse was very clean, remote, and as described. Erin was incredibly responsive to any message over the AirBnB app and provided easy-to-follow instructions for both check in and check out. The farmhouse is fully heated and airconditioned (with minisplits) and ceiling fans, but you can also open the windows and enjoy the sounds of the birds and the frogs. Bird watching from the back deck was an unexpected delight and the yoga mats that came with the place were fantastic for impromptu yoga on the deck during our stay. It is very removed, which is it's advantage. It's only a 1.5 mile run/walk or drive from the Katy trail, a 20-25 minute drive from Jeff. City. Very comfortable, very clean, well maintained, and with plenty of kitchen supplies and linens!

What a lovely retreat! We were visiting family in the Fulton area, and decided to pick this based on the pictures and excellent reviews, even though it was about a 20 minute drive to our family. It was well worth it! Peaceful surroundings, immaculately clean house, many amenities included. We were staying in the large house and used all three bedrooms. The other units were fully booked at the time, but we never even heard the other guests. Very private and peaceful. I can't recommend this place enough to others. We will stay here again the next time we visit family.

This was a great place to stay in Marshall! The location was super convenient and it was very easy to access. The house was very clean and comfortable and we felt at home right away. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay and great host! We were an extended stay and Jessica was great to work with and very responsive. We look forward to trying out the caboose one day when we need a weekend in solitude!
