Gina was amazing to deal with. Her communication and kindness are top are second to none. I didn’t personally stay at the house but my guys said it was a very nice setting, great layout and exceeded all their expectations. Would stay there every time we’re back if it’s available. Scott was very responsive and reached out to me immediately to make sure that his place would accommodate me in my guest. And he quickly confirmed my stay after that. it was perfect location and we felt right at home.

If you need a beautiful and peaceful getaway away from the city look no further! The house is beautiful and the decorations and furniture even more! From farm animals in the backyard to a Jacuzzi in the master bedroom, this place was amazing! Abigail is an amazing host! She left us homemade cookies and fresh farm eggs! Will definitely be back!

This property was in a perfectly peaceful area of the lake... complete access to all the fun in Lake of Ozarks but far enough away to feel at peace. Property was everything that we were hoping for. Host went above and beyond with communication, prior to and during trip (host even provided a brand new Crockpot, when asked if there was one). Family was comfortable with all amenities. Highly recommend.

The whole family felt right at home at Aaron's place. it was very peaceful and just comfortable And we all absolutely loved it. Aaron was very responsive right from the very beginning and 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend!

This was an incredibly beautiful and peaceful spot. The cabin was comfortably furnished and modern, but still had a rustic feel.

Shawn & Betsy provided detailed instructions about how to find the house, which was important because maps apps don’t get you there. They were both proactive and responsive. The house was exactly as advertised. There was more than enough space to accommodate our group of 5. Great hosts!

We loved our Spring stay at Kim's! The cottage was wonderful and very close to the location we needed to be on site for! The house was pristine and had everything we needed for a great stay! If we find outselves in Sedalia again we know where to go!
