Wonderful 3 night stay for Edinburgh marathon weekend. Spacious flat which is decorated lovely- felt very homely inside. Good location with the tram stop right outside. Great communication from Steven. A wonderful stay ☺️

Castle view from every window proved to be the perfect flat for exploring Edinburgh. The core location in Old Town offers an ideal base to explore the City and surrounding areas. Everything from groceries to cafes were merely a short walk away. We also loved how the flat comes equipped with all the comforts of home and offered ample room to lounge around in the evening after a day of outings. Lynne was a delightful host. We found the detailed guest guide to be very helpful in addressing any questions we might have had about the flat, as well as information about getting around town and much more. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Marion's place is perfect. it's close to all the delightfully bougie shops and restaurants of Stockbridge (go to 12 Triangles for AWESOME scones!) and the tourist extravaganza of the Royal Mile and Princes St. But it's quiet in the flat. The flat was immaculate, comfortable, and a peaceful haven in a lovely courtyard. Good shower, bed, kitchen. Friendly neighbor cats!

Stayed here for 4 nights on our girls trip and we just loved it! The location is ideal such a hidden gem. Directly outside the apartment is the bus stop that takes you directly into the old town/ city centre ( 20ish mins ) & the tram is just a 5 min walk away! As well as an Aldi 3 mins away with really cheap groceries. Directly outside the apartment are a lot of amazing places to eat and drinks and patios facing the water! The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful and safe & the kitchen was stocked with everything you need, as well as the bathroom! Super clean. The beds weren’t very comfortable but everything else was amazing! Washer + dryer was also broken upon arrival and we were expecting to do laundry so that sucked, but he offered compensation for dry cleaning. Overall, would most definitely recommend and will be back :)

We had the best time in Edinburgh and a great stay at the castle nest! John was very helpful and check in instructions were really clear. The location was excellent for us, the only thing to note is that it’s in a busy area and can be noisy, but this didn’t bother us much as we loved the location, but is something to note for other travellers. Thank you John for a great place to stay 🤍

Great flat in wonderful location. Only drawback was internet reception. Used house wi-fi but no coverage in the bedroom.

We had a great stay. Linda was super responsive. The kitchen was well stocked so we could make food if we wanted to. Beds were also super comfy as well. Thanks so much!!

Dawn’s flat was perfect for our four night stay! Really well situated, with lots of shops and cafes in walking distance. The flat is well equipped with everything you need and was immaculate on arrival.

This house was perfect for the five of us. The location is perfect for transport into the centre of the City. The house was fully fitted out with everything needed for our stay. There are numerous restaurants and coffee shops within easy walking distance. Tesco and Sainsbury’s are just a few minutes away. A warm welcome from Di who took us through everything that the house had to offer. All in all a perfect holiday

A home away from home ❤️ The house was lovely, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. I was travelling with parents and a small child - so split levels meant everyone could have their own space and a big communal area on the ground floor which was perfect for us all. Location was great. A short cab ride into town, but walkable too. Close by to Arthur’s Seat, which is a must to do while in Edinburgh. Karen and Carina are amazing hosts, very responsive and went above and beyond for us. Would highly recommend! Thank you.

Truly spectacular view in a wonderful setting. Gorgeous property that is obviously a project that is well loved. We would welcome the opportunity to stay here again.

Charming one night stay after getting in late from the airport!

The apartment was perfect for the two of us. It was about a 10 minute walk to the tram and about the same to Old Town. Shops and restaurants were just around the corner. The apartment was clean, and there was bread on the counter and milk in the fridge when we arrived. The aparment is upstairs, so you do have to go up a flight of stairs. It was a delightful place in the heart of Edinburgh!

This, by far, is the best stay I have visited. Marie is the perfect host, communicated in an exceptional manner, and provided the loveliest place to centre our stay in Edinburgh. From check in to check out, I felt welcome, comfortable, and well situated. Buses were frequent to go anywhere we needed and the accommodation was a welcome resting place after a long day of exploring. I have stayed many places but Marie's provided both the necessities and little extras that made this a fondly remembered experience rather than just a place to lay my head. I recommend this to anyone who wishes to visit and will be recommending it to family and friends who wish to visit in the future.

absolutely perfect place to stay in Edinburgh. needed a quiet place to be with our infant yet close to all the activities and it totally hit the spot. you'd never believe you were so close to central Edinburgh whilst in this quiet little haven. amazing to have safe parking that you didn't need to worry about. Beautiful apartment and very simple check in and check out which helped decrease stress! can't recommend it enough !

Lovely few days in Fiona’s flat which is small but perfectly organized. Has everything you might need. Shower is great. Bed in bedroom is very comfy. Spotlessly clean! And just about a 10 minute walk to the bottom of the Royal Mile.

This was a lovely stay. Our host was thoughtful in setting up the space and added little things that made our trip easy like laundry soap, fresh ground coffee, large towels set out in each guest room. It was definitely luxury and we felt very welcome in her home. Just far enough away to be quiet and spacious while still making the city accessible we walked everywhere except dinner out one evening.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! The host gave us a very warm and respectful welcome. He showed us around the apartment and explained everything we needed to know. The apartment was spotlessly clean. The bathroom was fully stocked with everything — shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed. There was even a washing machine, which saved us a lot of time on laundry. The bedding was extremely clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Edinburgh. It will definitely be our go-to choice whenever we visit again, and I’ll be recommending it to all my friends!

Stuart's condo on Leith Walk was great. My family and I spent 3 lovely nights there and thoroughly enjoyed the space. It was central to everything and the tram was 1 block away for all the site seeing. very walkable and comfortable!

Nice and quiet getaway from the city without being too far. It looks exactly like the listing, and the host was very responsive and helpful.

This was such a great place to stay in a lovely part of the city. The flat itself was well resourced and comfortable, and there was plenty to do nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a fabulous stay. Glenda is a lovely host and is very friendly and helpful. Lots of little personal touches were provided and Glenda made us feel right at home. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend x
