The tram stop is just outside the flat with direct transport links to the airport and the city centre. You’ll be right beside the local's favourite pubs and restaurants in Edinburgh’s - a more authentic Edinburgh vibe that’s a little less touristy. Lovely double room in Leith, Edinburgh

Elegant double room to rent in spacious flat. The room is very quiet - it looks out over gardens. It is recently decorated and is well appointed, with a very comfy double bed. There is a large bathroom to share with myself and my husband (Rahim). The bathroom was recently installed, and is very spacious. Lovely area - close to sea, riverside walkways, Leith restaurants and bars and 20 mins bus ride into centre of town. I have a (very friendly!) small hypoallergenic dog.

Our flat is available from the end of July right through to the end of August which covers the largest Arts Festivals in the world including Oasis and ACDC gigs. Nice quiet room in central flat

This is a lovely quiet, cosy wee room with a decent sized single brass bed and a nice view over the back gardens. There is a shared bathroom, which I keep as clean as can and a kitchen you are welcome to use if you want to cook or have a cup of tea. The flat is in a quiet residential stair. If you are arriving after 9.00 pm, or leaving very early in the morning, please contact me before booking.

I have completely renovated my garden room to include an en suite bathroom, powerful shower and stylish kitchenette. The room has clever storage and a desk & chair for work. The kitchenette is complete with microwave and fridge. We are in the bustling area of Leith Walk with many pubs and restaurants nearby. Princes street is only 15 minutes walk away.
