Monthly Rentals in Bonita Beach

I have stayed at this exact complex multiple times prior to Ian. This stay was by far the best stay. Kristen was the best host I have dealt with - extremely transparent and responsive. The views from he condo balcony are as pictured and unforgettable. The condo was fully stocked, as noted, and I really enjoyed the Keurig. Even the small things like the door code - Kristen used an easily and familiar number so no forgetting or memorizing something silly. Kristen also allowed for an early check in which was really kind of her. Check out was seamless. I will stay here again next year assuming Kristen will still be the host. Thank you Kristen !

It's a perfectly appointed apartment with a beachhouse feel... tastefully decorated and has everything needed for a comfortable stay, whether short-term or longer. I loved meeting the friendly neighbors and the walk to and from the nearby beach, restaurants, and shops was pleasant and felt so safe.

We had a great stay at Rose’s condo. She was very helpful. Perfect location - 2 minute walk to the beach. Beach chairs, wagon and umbrella were perfect. We’ll be back
