Studio condo across the street from Bonita Beach. 3rd floor unit offering partial views of the gulf. Being able to walk to the beach (2 mins) and 2 restaurants while centrally located between Ft. Myers and Naples makes this a great location. Local bike rental shops offer delivery of bicycles. Bonita beach offers jet ski, paddle board and catamaran rental. Parking is free

Relax at the solar heated pool and enjoy the serenity of the beautiful, and peaceful 0.6 acres of land with a natural pond where different types of birds like egrets, herons, and ducks can be seen. Close to shopping, dining and just 7.5 mi to Bonita Beach Park. If you play Golf, The Bonita Fairways Public Golf Club is 2.8 mi. Or buy a day pass at the Hyatt Regency and spend the day at the lazy river and waterslides. The backyard is all fenced in, ideal to let your dog run.

This is a separate, private studio with private entrance attached to the main house, but on the second floor above the garage. Your studio is completely separate upstairs floor behind a locked door. Laundry room is a connecting, shared space. I live in the main house. We will not cross paths unless you want to meet. We are just a short walk from the beach and restaurants. Come and enjoy the sunsets from our private balcony. Amenities such as shared pools and private balcony are all open and available for use to relax & unwind while listening to the soothing sounds of waves.

Fear not, I run an honest small rental service and you can deal with me in confidence. Please be aware some construction is going on in the entire area due to hurricane Ian impact, including our complex. Noise is minimal but might be disturbing to some. Must have positive reviews and be over 25 to rent from us.

There are three full bathrooms. Barefoot Beach is a mile away. The backyard offers a 3'-6' deep, 12' W x 37' L heated pool, patio furniture and BBQ grill. Less than 30 mins away from RSW (Airport), 10 mins from Coconut Point Mall, and 25 mins from downtown Naples.
