Beach house vacation rentals in Bonita Beach

It's a nice, new, house. Location is great. About a mile south of the busy area on Ft. Myers Beach. About a block to the beach. The pics show the beach entrance under a condo, but the condo has a ton of signs prohibiting beach access. We used it without a problem and there is public beach access 1/2 block south. The island is still recovering from IAN, be prepared for some construction noise.

House’s location is perfect. The house needs some updates but very functional. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. Plenty of towels, bed sheets and games. Paul was awesome answering all our questions. We really enjoyed the Island lifestyle. Exploring on the golf cart, having ice cream at the Shop. My family had a blast at the beach and watching the amazing sunsets!!!! Definitely coming back!!!

We loved our stay in Cape Coral cottage. The location could not be beat. Close to Cape Coral Parkway and 47th Terrace, the heart of the downtown scene. Tons of restaurants, shops, and bars. Just about everywhere we went was dog friendly on their patios. Angel, our host, was very responsive, never intrusive. She is an excellent host.

Jonathan is probably the best host I've ever experienced. Fast and clear communication and very friendly. This property had more amenities than I've ever seen, literally everything you could want for a day at the beach or the pool. Kids had a blast with the pool table and games in the lower level when they needed a break from the sun. Everything about this place is 10/10!

Our family enjoyed our stay immensely. The pool was wonderful. The hot tub, although a bit smaller than we had expected, warmed up quickly and provided a much used space for our little ones. It does fit about 3-4 adults, so definitely not too small. From bikes to water toys to ping pong and a pool table, there is definitely something for everyone. Let’s not forget the BOAT! This was such a wonderful addition. We were able to go from the pool to a boat ride and back to the pool with ease. Joe was very helpful with getting oriented to the boat and the boat map was easy to read. Very bike friendly area with well marked bike lanes. There is a public beach 10-15 minute bike ride again which was clean and well maintained. Great restaurants right down the road. You will need to bring toilet tissue, laundry detergent, and any refrigerator condiments as none of that is included. Not a deal breaker for us, but something that we weren’t aware before doing our grocery order. Five stars!

We were very impressed with Andy’s commitment to making our stay great. Unfortunately, the pool heater element went out from a lizard getting into it, so it took a couple of days (due to it being the weekend) to get it back up and running, but Andy was on it and went above and beyond to accommodate us! The home was clean and had a nice open concept and was close to shopping, restaurants, and not too far from beaches. We would definitely rent from Andy again!

Our family had a really nice stay at Nicole’s place. The house was great and has a lot of fun activities. The pool and outdoor space were enjoyed by all! Nicole was also very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this house, it has everything! Thank you!!

The house was exactly as represented and expected. very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed for our stay. The space worked perfectly for our party size (4 adults & 2 kids) and the pool was a great way to cool off. Justin was very responsive before and during our stay.

Would diffidently recommend! Angie was extremely prompt with all communication and very friendly. We learned that she is very connected with the island which shows. It's not just bodies in the door and profit for her. She truly loves the island and it shows. We have rented homes with a local company for 15 years and were nervous to use any other source (had to due to availability on what we wanted). The fears and questions ended on day 1. Angie not only delivered a great home exactly as advertised but was easy to communicate with and easily accommodated a request that we asked due to unforeseen circumstances on our arrival (on our part and nothing to do with the rental) . She truly went above and beyond and we're glad to have met her. Looking for many more memories made in the future!

The house was wonderful. Very clean, great pool, and great location. We have rented many places throughout the years and this property management company was by far the best to work with. Extremely responsive and very friendly! Jon was awesome! Even went out of his way to help my son find a baseball game on TV. Would absolutely rent from them again!

Had an amazing week visiting with extended family. The house was huge so there was plenty of space. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor seating area was incredible we could just stay there all day. Lot of extra amenities in case you forget something. All baths had soap and shampoo available. There was a cooler and two beach chairs as well as many beach towels available for use. Just as pretty as it looks in the pictures!

We had a great time at Patrick's place. The house is spacious and well decorated. Everything was spotless upon arrival. The house has all the comforts you need (beds made, towels and pool towels, etc.). The pool is a big plus. Patrick was super responsive to our requests. Thank you so much!

Paul was a great host! The house was close to the beach and lots of great restaurants - and had everything we needed. We’d definitely stay there again!

Our extended family group enjoyed the stay at All Decked Out home. The bathroom and bedroom combinations and the general living spaces were excellent. The outdoor spaces made for great "on location" places to vacation. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the pool area was a hit as well. All these items made for a relaxing vacation for all ages of our group. Lisa is amazing and always helped with questions and information. She was friendly and helpful.

Host was extremely accommodating and very responsive. The home is beautiful, just like the photos! We really enjoyed our stay and would book again

We visited North Fort Myers to celebrate my granddaughter's second birthday. She lives only a short 20-minute drive from Maria's place. Check-in was a breeze, and we felt right at home upon entering. The entire home was sparkling clean, and we literally wanted for nothing. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner were provided in both baths. Maria had complimentary snacks, wine, and coffee, which was a nice, friendly touch. The lanai was comfortable, and the pool was warm and inviting. We had towels when needed. There were pool floats for the little ones and there was plenty of room to spread out (there were 6 adults and 2 kids one day). Everything we needed for cooking in the kitchen was available. Maria was friendly and provided all the information we needed to make the vacation enjoyable. The location was perfect for daily walks. The home is on our list for future visits!

From start to finish, everything was exactly as described – spacious, exceptionally clean, well-equipped, with bright and modern décor. The house is located in a desirable residential neighborhood. It could easily receive more than the maximum 5 star rating!

We loved the house and area, about 2 blocks from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. We would stay here again. The house is HUGE! Plenty of beach towels, a wagon, beach chairs, and cooler were put to good use every day! Screened in back porch with table was nice for dinners. This has nothing to do with the house or host, just a heads up for others staying in this area - traffic gets very congested in the mornings and mid afternoons so allow extra time when traveling to and from the island.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home. Everything was clean and nicely updated. Location was great and the backyard felt very private. The host always responded to us in a timely manner and took care of any questions/concerns we had right away. Would definitely recommend staying here!

It was a great stay! Host was very helpful and responded promptly to queries. They also let us extend check out time by 2 hrs which was really nice. The home is located close to the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed staying here. *One suggestion is to add a full length mirror in the upstairs main bedroom as it’s a little inconvenient to use the bathroom mirror when getting ready.

Great location close to both beaches; sunrise and sunset. Screened in porch although during mid March didn’t need to worry about bugs. Golf cart worked great, large washer and dryer, nice size kitchen, large dining table, and fully stocked w/spices and cooking supplies, also had a small dog and large dog raised feeder, the RO water dispenser was super nice to use and not have to rely on so many wasteful disposable water bottles! The weather was so nice our last couple days we were able to open windows and get a nice cross breeze. Raj and Jacki were super helpful and responsive when we had a small issue with the DW but had a maintenance guy on it same day, that speaks volumes compared to a family we spoke with on the ferry who had an unresponsive management company run home who didn’t get this level of service. Will be back again for sure!

Good location. Nice place. Lissette was very responsive with a minor concern we had that actually resolved itself but she sent maintenance anyway just to make sure we were taken care of. We would definitely love to come back.

Jayme's place was amazing! Great location very close to the beach, a beautifull backyard, and had everything you would need for a beach getaway! I would highly recommend this AirBNB to everyone.
