If your after peace in a rural setting in a Spanish style house this is for you. Turn up and chill out. Lots to see in the area BUT you absolutely need a car and expect to drive a decent distance.

We had a great time, if we lacked something, the location was very good near Oviedo and Gijón and with good plans nearby to visit related to the area and mining. The very nice and quiet estate allows you to enjoy nature and isolate you from the world , so it is also a good plan. I recommend going during the day at least the first time. For us it was a nice experience and to repeat it without a doubt. Thanks for everything.

Nacho's villa was super!

A lovely place. The house, distributed on three levels, is great for a long stay. In the lower area, there is a garage, a fully-equipped social and games room in which you have an expansion area to play with the little ones.... A full bathroom and laundry On the ground floor, an impeccable, comfortable living room with all kinds of utilities (Google Home, Netflix...), a kitchen with everything you need (even fruit and coffee...) three bedrooms (two double and one single double) and a full bathroom. Everything was clean and organized and with pleasant decor. The icing on the cake is a charming porch with a barbecue and lawn... On the upper floor, a double bedroom and an attic with two twin beds. The icing on the cake is a heated salt pool that provides a lot of fun You add to a host who goes out of his way to make things easier for you... and you have a dream place where a 4-day bridge falls short. I'll be back, for a longer time...

The house is very nice and was very clean. It is as described, and it also has very nice views. Quiet area with room for parking. Laura was a very helpful and friendly host. She was attentive to all our needs and was always very nice, with very quick answers.

The space matched the description and photos. A quiet place to spend a weekend with friends. Patricia was very friendly and gave us several recommendations. I would definitely repeat.

Fantastic accommodation. Excellent hospitality and kindness from Patricia. Upon our arrival, we had a potato omelet, two bottles of cider, some chocolates... we were very grateful. The location of the house, the photos are better. We will be back!

The place is wonderful. The location is unbeatable if you are looking for tranquility and intimacy. The house has everything: a porch with a barbecue pergola, garden with a table to have a drink, access to the river next to the house (what my children enjoyed most) and the house itself is very good. I miss a larger common area in the living room, but there is a bar where many chairs come in. The beds are comfortable and also the pillows, which is not common. The house is warm and well insulated. The car can be left at the door (3 cars would easily enter). In short: perfect option for discovering the area. Thank you for everything Toño and thank you for the cider!

I really don't think we're aware of how beautiful that area is. The photos reflect the house well, but the reality surpasses the photos. The wonderful and magical environment. The barbecue with its picnic bench. We will definitely be back sometime. Close to the Sella descent.

Casa Mar is the perfect place to go with children. The house is fully prepared for families: it has games, space for the little ones to enjoy and Clara put us all the facilities -trona, cot, barrier for the bed... a luxury! The location is fantastic: you can go for a walk to the beach of Guilpilluri or La Huelga, ideal to enjoy as a family without the need for a car. Also, being this close to the highway we were able to do a lot of excursions and get to know the surroundings without wasting time on long journeys. We'll definitely repeat it!

We can't rate this house or its host highly enough, it's absolutely stunning. Roberto is well worthy of his superhost status, he and Elana responded to our difficulties and quickly resolved the issues. The views of the surrounding countryside really are breathtaking and the culture of the local people is infectious, from drinking Asturian cider, to enjoying the local dishes, it's all done in a welcoming manner. Roberto and Elana, thank you, we will return.

Comfortable, rustic and quiet cabin, with a great view from the terrace. Had a lovely time. Communication was quick and clear.

We’ve been to this place before and will return. Its mountain views are unparalleled and it’s extremely private. However, it’s only about fifteen minutes from the nearest city and all the shops and restaurants those offer. The host is incredibly polite. On two of our visits, we’ve had a mild crisis and she was quick with a recommendation for a doctor in one case and roadside help in another. We can’t say enough positive about our host.

We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals across the world, and this was by far the most magical place we’ve ever spent a few days! Magical mountainside cottage with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. Carmela provided incredible recommendations specific to our family’s varied needs and goals, including an incredible trail run. The home was so comfortable and lovely, thoughtfully and artfully appointed. Couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. Un montón de gracias, Carmela!

The house is just perfect! Lovingly renovated and absolutely high-quality furnishings with lots of details. Breathtaking hillside location overlooking the adjacent mountains to the south. The owners Carlos and Sara have thought of everything and were always available and helpful when needed. We would have liked to have stayed longer and plan to come back!

House with enough room for ten people. The outdoor area is wonderful. In general, the house has everything you need. The hostess was attentive to anything we needed, very nice and friendly. The only thing we missed were a few more towels for everyone. Be careful with the arrival route that Google maps sends you, it can be problematic depending on the car and the arrival time, I recommend that you be notified in advance to avoid problems. We will definitely know where to book when we come back!!

AWESOME! From the moment I saw the house we knew it was what we wanted, perfect to disconnect and the house really is amazing, we took it as a starting point for our trip to Asturias and I can say that we had better views than in the lakes of Covadonga. I would 😅 recommend this house 100% and thanks to David for being attentive to us and responding instantly to any questions. I hope more people have the opportunity to discover this little house in the middle of the Picos de Europa.

Dreamy house, it was very well equipped, clean and beautiful, in a quiet area where only the birds could be heard in the morning when waking up. A very quiet rural place to stay. It had everything we needed and more. The hosts were really friendly and welcoming. They made check in and out super easy too. I would recommend this place to stay if you have a car or are happy to cycle as it is a little far from most things.
