Willkommen zu Hause !! Von Beginn an haben wir uns so unfassbar wohl gefühlt! Daniele hat uns herzlich empfangen, es gab Olivenöl und Wein als willkommensgeschenk!! Die Lage ist ein absoluter Traum. Fernab vom Massentourismus liegt diese Perle zwischen Weinbergen und Olivenhainen. Wir haben die Ruhe so genossen, das itüpfelchen war der Pool bei den heißen Temperaturen! La Bulletta ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt um das schöne Umbrien zu erkunden. Ein absoluter Pluspunkt ist der Wasserdruck;) ich habe dicke lange Haare und es war noch nie so schön und einfach diese zu waschen, besser als zu Hause!!! Danke an Daniele, seine Schwester und die unfassbar entzückenden Eltern für 7 Tage der absoluten Erholung und Entspannung fernab vom Alltag. Wir kommen wieder, ganz bestimmt

Este Airbnb queda entre mis favoritos, ya se aparte de que es un alojamiento de lujo, el diseño del lugar conserva detalles antiguos que le da un toque especial, todo precioso, todo perfecto, además de que nos enamoraron con una botella de vino que nos dejaron para degustar.. sin duda lo recomiendo y con mucho gusto volvería a reservarlo!

Danke für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in Umbrien! Wir waren von Anfang an begeistert. Annalisa und Ulli sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber:innen, die ganz besondere Empfehlungen für die Umgebung haben. Die Lage ist perfekt, um sowohl Umbrien als auch die Toskana zu erkunden. Wir waren drei Wochen dort, um zu arbeiten; das WLAN funktioniert auf dem gesamten Gelände, sodass man auch an schönen Schattenplätzen unter der Pergola oder beim Pool am Laptop sitzen kann. Wir werden noch lange an diese schöne Zeit zurückdenken!

We had a lovely time in Christiana’s apartment. The location is great and the host super friendly.

Huisje Uliviu was een geweldige accomodatie, ruim en proper. Wanneer we iets nodig hadden werden we dadelijk verder geholpen. De ligging was ideaal om de mooiste bezienswaardigheden, Todi, Orvieto, Perugia... te bezoeken. Vanuit het huisje heb je mooie fiets-en wandelroutes. Supermarkt in Marsciano vlakbij. Wat het huis zo attractief maakt is het mooie en groot zwembad met een prachtig uitzicht over de vallei en heuvels. Volledige rust vindt je hier. Wij ontmoetten de hele familie, sympathiek en hartelijk. interessant ook om naar hun verhalen te luisteren. De grootouders van Tommaso wonen ter plaatse, wat een actieve grootmoeder zeg. Vele groeten aan allen, en misschien tot nog eens.

Logement bien decoré avec goût. Supermarché à 50m. Petit centre ville à 200m, gare à 400m. Accueil chaleureux qui nous change des verrous à code. Un stop d'une nuit sur la route du sud pour nous. Nous recommandons

That was a really nice stay. The place is just like the pictures. The apartment is placed on ground floor of the old walls of the Piegaro village . it has a really nice view . Inside there is a natural air condition because the walls are made from stone and are 1 meter thick. It was a paradise inside with the heat wave of August. The kitchen is fully equipped in case you want to cook something. The pool was great with this heat and is was big enough to swim around. It is shared with 3 other apartments. Usually you have space to leave your towel and have some sun in the sunlounges. Tomas was really friendly and was there when we needed him. We also did a wine tour with him the last day and it was really nice . Also there are some nice suggestions (for food and to-do) in a leaflet inside the apartment. The only thing we didn't like was the mattress and pillows (it was very soft and seemed outdated). We wish we had one more week to stay there I already miss the sunset from the pool.

Paolo has been an absolute treasure of a host and his lovely home was the perfect place to unwind. Sitting in the pristine garden, watching the sun set over the Tuscan hills with a bottle of red wine has been one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had so far. I will come back as soon as I can and would unconditionally recommend staying with Paolo if you need a break from city life. My week staying here was the perfect break to wind down.

Giorgio was a wonderful host from the questions prior to booking to the final check out He has a wonderful home, it really felt like we were staying in his home. My wife and I stayed for a week with our two children. We loved everything about our stay from the pool, the views and the gardens. The villa has everything to offer and Giorgio and his mum great is on check in. We created so many memories and had some much laughter during our stay. The train station was a 15 minute drive and we got the train to Rome twice. Giorgio was so helpful, from all the tips and local information to getting some food for us before we arrived to stock the fridge. This really was one of my most memorable holidays, it was a shame to have had to leave. Thank you Giorgio for lending your home to us we hope we looked after it for you.

We loved our stay at Heathers place. Great communication and close to everything we wanted to see. Beautiful little village and although the house is 400 years old it still has all the mod cons required Amazing outdoor space with large table

Host molto gentile e accogliente. Bellissimo giardino in fiore, piscina curata e appartamentino davvero grazioso e ben attrezzato

Comunicazione ottima, posizione molto comoda della villa che mantiene tuttavia la riservatezza e tranquillità. Ci sono tutte le comodità necessarie a una permanenza di diversi giorni. Esperienza da ripetere!!

"Il Colle" è la soluzione giusta per chi cerca pace e tranquillità. Gli ambienti a disposizione sono caldi, ampi e funzionali. I proprietari sono stati estremamente gentili, la comunicazione con Marco è stata facile e veloce. Grazie di cuore...Siamo stati davvero bene!

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement/maison à 3 minutes du centre d'Orvieto. Extrêmement paisible. La petite cour dans la verdure avec les chaises longues est agréable. La maison et le quartier ont du charme. Ayez quand même en tête que si vous êtes trois personnes, le couple dans la chambre du fond est obligé de passer par la pièce où se trouve le lit à une place pour aller dans le reste de l'appartement et en particulier dans la salle d'eau. Cela peut être un problème. Accueil ponctuel et sympatique de Camilla. Nombreuses adresses de restaurants et recommandations de visites touristiques.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Giordano : logement impeccable avec tout le nécessaire, piscine au top, vue imprenable sur San Gemini et les alentours Un endroit super pour passer de paisibles vacances dans la campagne ombrienne

Floriana’s villa was amazing. They views were breathtaking and she went out of her way to make it special. She arranged for a wine tasting and a scavenger hunt for our kids while we tasted some of Umbria’s finest. The kitchen was great and they even provided a staff member to set up a fire so we could cook a couple of amazing steaks on an open fire outside. The pool was gorgeous and the grounds were perfect for us to take walks in the AM and even open space for our kids to play. There was plenty of room inside and you could easily have two families of 5 each feel comfortable. Floriana also set up a wonder pasta making class and to quote my wife - it was one of the best experiences she has had as a family on vacation.

Rita’s lejlighed indeholdt alt det vi havde brug for . Flot indretning ,- skøn gårdhave med komfortable havemøbler . Fantastisk udsigt og solnedgang fra gårdhaven. Skøn pool. Borgo stille rolig kompleks med søde beboere,- der hjalp til, da vi havde brug for hjælp til bil. Byen Ficulle indeholdt flere gode restauranter og bar Tox god til aperitif . God og hurtig kommunikation med Rita .

Appartement très pratique, et bien situé, très bien équipé. Alessandro est très serviable et sympathique, il nous a même offert des cafés dans son restaurant préféré.

We stayed here for two nights while taking a rest day on the Via Francigena. The apartment is large enough that with just three of us, we all had lots of personal space. The hosts were kind enough to get us fans to deal with the heat, which was very much appreciated! It’s a neat spot with great outdoor spaces.

Eine tolle Woche in einer Burg in den Umbrischen Bergen - super ruhig gelesen, ein fantastischer Pool mit Blick. Für volle Entspannung und entschleunigung ist man hier genau richtig! Nazareno, der Schlossmeister, hilft bei allen Fragen - ob top gibt es einen super lieben Hund und eine Katze.

Posto incantevole, abbiamo soggiornato per 2 giorni e approfittato della posizione per visitare Viterbo e la vicina Orvieto. L'appartamento spazioso, caldo e molto confortevole. (abbiamo utilizzato anche il camino). Torneremo sicuramente in primavera.

l' appartamento è molto grande, attrezzato e pulito. Romina è un' ottima padrona di casa. consigliato.

We had an amazing time at Alberto & Laura's. The place was quiet, spacious, exactly like in the pictures. On arrival we were welcomed by our hosts and got some great recommendations on what to do in the area. They even shared some homemade food with us, which was so good and thoughtful. Also, the swimming pool and outside space we could use was amazing and private. Would definitely go back again, 10/10!

l' appartamento è molto piacevole : silenzioso e molto fresco nonostante le alte temperature del periodo. Non abbiamo neanche accesso l' aria condizionata. La piscina è condivisa soltanto con gli ospiti dell'altro appartamento presente nell'agriturismo. Anna è stata sempre gentilissima e ci ha " coccolati" regalandoci molti prodotti del luogo e dolci fatto in casa.
