Vacation rentals with beach access in Bolsena

We had a wonderful weekend, the place is wonderful, the house is perfect, clean, tidy and the kitchen has everything you need. Having breakfast while looking at the lake is lovely!!! The owner is a very kind person, we had a great time. We will definitely be back.

We had an amazing stay! The place was cozy, had everything we needed and was Perfect to relax. The beach is just a 30 minutes walk away and the supermarket a short car drive. The highlight was Nonna Maria—she was the sweetest, always making sure we felt at home. Her warmth and kindness made the experience even more special. Highly recommend staying here!

Enjoyed our stay! Exactly what we expected! Space was more than enough for the three of us. Pool was a bonus considering that we didn’t have many options when booking. The host greeted us when we arrived and show us the place and property. If we needed anything they were quick to respond and even helped out with laundry with a small fee. Would definitely stay again when in the area!

We stayed here as a little pit stop between going to a wedding and going to see Pompeii. It was perfect for what we needed. The town is very pretty and the hosts offers lots of lovely extras, pool and private access to the lake.

We've been in Solengo for 5 days with a dog, and the stay was really great since the beginning till the end. The host Giuliano was very available for any help that might be needed, provided us with a long list of places to see, beautiful beaches to visit and restaurants to try, including one right next to the appartment where you can try typical Tuscanian cuisine. The apartment was very spacious, equipped with all that might be needed during your stay, with powerful air conditioning, and prepared for people with disability as well. Beautiful views throughout the entire neighborhood, with breathtaking sunsets you can enjoy from your window or from nearby restaurant. The location is excellent, between Orbetello and Capalbio, so you can enjoy a lot of different attractions within 10-15 minutes by car. And if you have any questions, doubts, or simply are in need of advice - Giuliano is always available to help you out, just a phone call away! We will definitely come back to Solengo!

The owners are very welcoming and helpful. The location fully met our expectations. Very suitable for two couples of friends and/or a family as the spaces are comfortable and the presence of two bathrooms with shower (brand new, like the rest of the house) makes coexistence easy. Highly recommended.

The apartment is characterized by impeccable cleanliness and excellent location, a stone's throw from the lakefront and the village of Bolsena. Communication with Maurizio was excellent.

the house is very nice and inside a very quiet residence. the sea, a stone's throw from the house, offers a beach service with sun loungers and umbrellas owned by the residence and therefore free for guests. The residence is quiet although a little isolated but, a few minutes away by car, you can reach the village of Pescia Romana where there are some shops and a well-stocked supermarket. Flavio was a kind and considerate host giving us all the support we needed to make the most of our vacation.

This week-end at Maurizio and Sandra's house was great! The place is perfect for a few days with friend or family, enjoying the comfort of nature and the pool. Our hosts were very flexible for checkin and checkout, and we had a great time there! I strongly recommend it.

Roberto’s place was truly beautiful on the lake. It was so serene and peaceful with natural beauty everywhere. We loved this place! Roberto gave us great restaurant suggestions and was always available for questions. It’s about a 7 minute drive to Bolsena which is equally picturesque. We would love to return.

Francesca is a very sweet host. We arrived earlier and that was no problem. She had tips for nice restaurants, we were given a tour of her house, clear instructions about the park and so on. The house is in a beautiful well maintained park and the beach is fantastic. The garden of the house is wonderfully cool with large trees. Super nice!

We spent 2 nights in Bolsena, which we didn't know. We had a really good time, surprised by the town, with well-kept streets, full of flowers and small shops with crafts. We met kind people who were willing to provide information. Satisfied with the visit to the Monaldeschi castle, with a museum and small aquarium. The Basilica of Santa Cristina is also interesting. We had a great dinner in several restaurants. Casa Francesco is in a strategic location, you can walk to the various interesting points of Bolsena. The apartment is very nice, with modern and functional furniture. The garden is well-kept, with lots of flowers. Hosts are kind and helpful.

I stayed at this property with my husband and we found the accommodation clean, located in a quiet, beautiful area and close to great restaurants and bars! We were happy!

Apartment with large spaces. We stayed 2 nights in 4, they had a great time. Paolo, Floriana's son, always available and very kind. House also stocked with new coffee and soaps. Really great hospitality. Strategic if you want to sell the surroundings and stay by the lake.

We had a wonderful time in the apartment Mirto. Everything was thought of, we were warmly welcomed, there was a huge fruit bowl and wine. The amenities were especially great for families. Even a laundry basket was there. The outdoor area was indescribably beautiful. So much space. So much nature. This tranquility. Heavenly. We slept wonderfully. Beds are very comfortable. There are plenty of cabinets. The furnishings of all rooms are incredibly tasteful. We felt incredibly comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful time ♥️ We recommend a trip to the magical mountain village of Pitigliano, about 1 hour away.

Paola's house is wonderful and cozy, as a location and also as a structure... Functional to easily reach all the beauties of the Argentario and its surroundings but located in a residential and quiet area, at night you can only hear the sound of the closest sea that can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, and you can admire the stars by swinging on one of the hammocks on the outdoor patio. Paola is a thoughtful and nice host, upon our arrival she provided us with everything we need and even more for breakfast, the essentials for the kitchen and also for the bathroom. Our experience was great, and we'll keep it in mind for our future experiences.

Great value for money, nice welcome and really relaxing place to stay. Though quite rough few kilometres to get to Roberto place, you just have to drive slowly and to rent not the cheapest car on the market:) Thank you Roberto for nice place to stay where you can relax or do sightseeing around.

The best Airbnb experience we ever had! I have no words to describe Andrea hospitality and his place. The house is amazing, beautiful and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and is brand new! The bed is comfortable and the room view of the lake is a plus! We had a great time and would be back for sure! Andrea is the best guest and helped us with everything we need! The Jacuzzi is amazing . I recommend this place for everybody! Thank you Andrea for everything you did to us!
