Beautiful apartment with a gorgeous view; daily cleaning and very friendly people!

A wonderful place, secluded, perfect for those who want to be quiet. The garden in front of the house has sun loungers, a pergola with chairs and tables is a marvel with direct views of the lake. Eating outdoors during the sunset on Lake Bolsena was wonderful. A place I recommend to all couples who want some privacy. Not very suitable for families with small children. Convenient location to visit Viterbo, Orvieto and all the beauty of the surroundings. Hello, the managers who immediately responded to any of our questions and requests. Very clean, cozy apartment, equipped with dishes and everything you need. Welcome breakfast with packaged products, coffee pods, water. Comfortable beds. The only flaw is the window of one room overlooking the other bedroom, not the outside. Host available and quick to respond, provided useful information for the vacation.

Such a perfect place to stay in Orvieto! Extremely centrally located (<5min walk to almost everywhere we wanted to go) and Barbara made it super easy to park, reserving a spot for us on arrival. Spotless, tons of new features and appliances, and I LOVED the sauna… I would give it 6/5 stars if I could!

I had a really nice stay at this Airbnb! The accommodation was clean, well-furnished and perfectly in line with the description. The location is ideal for exploring Viterbo, with easy access to the center. Leonella was an exceptional host: helpful, friendly, and attentive to every detail to ensure a great experience. Communication was smooth and provided me with useful tips on what to see and where to eat. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Viterbo and feel at home!

Highly recommended! The house is very well maintained and recently renovated. It has numerous amenities and is like being at home. Leonardo was very helpful and the directions he gave were very clear.

Luciana and her husband were very nice from the start, and came to greet us in the parking lot to present themselves and take us to the apartment. everything in the apartment was perfect and very clean and organized. very comfortable, quiet and has a nice view from the terrace. nothing to complain, perfect!

Silvia was a most wonderful host: kind, very helpful with our requests and extremely responsive. The accommodation was spacious and, once the shutters were open, light and offered the most generous storage we’ve experienced in any Air BnB. The apartment was at a comfortable walking distance from everywhere in Orvieto. We had a most enjoyable long-term stay in Sylvia’s place, and are very grateful for her care and hospitality. I We loved Orvieto and would definitely recommend Silvia’s place.

Very convenient location. Steps to the Duomo. Very clean and the bed was the best. Close to lots of excellent restaurants. A beautiful city which is not busy after 4-5 PM. A great place to kick back and relax with help from a gracious host and her assistant.

Roccalvecce is a beautifully, quite town. Very peaceful. The BNB was pleasant and comfortable. Good communication from the host.

Giuliani and Massimiliano were very hospitable and helpful with recommendations throughout our stay! The home is immaculate and a beautiful coastal breeze blew through the windows throughout, no AC needed! Very peaceful with the sounds of birds and church bells ringing, a perfect getaway!

Perfect for families. There’s a childrens shallow pool, a normal pool (with bar next to it). Large beautiful gardens. Great playground and bbq area. The house also has a little private garden. A great set up. Even better than the photos and info. High recommend.

We felt super pampered, beautiful suite, furnished in a refined way,complete with every comfort,steam room and jacuzzi were the icing on the cake... The staff is present and available,the breakfast is fantastic,wide choice and everything is delicious! We'll definitely be back!

We loved our stay at this cute cottage with beautiful views! We were kindly welcomed by Michele's sister. We got some fun tips to do in the area. The parents, who live in the yard, were ( just like the sister) very friendly, cheerful and helpful. They even washed clothes for us. Beds sleep well. All necessary items are provided. We would highly recommend Michele's property.

Pleasant stay. It doesn't have a kitchen, so you depend on the place's restaurant, which limits long stays. We stayed one night so it was perfect

the house is very clean and very welcoming with a magnificent hot tub for 2 on a panoramic window from which you can also see the famous MOAI statue. Luciana was very kind and provided us with a lot of useful information to best visit the area. the house is comfortable and equipped with everything even chargers on the nightstand. Vitorchiano, already beautiful in itself, is an excellent solution for visiting Bomarzo, the village of fairy tales, Celleno and its ghost village, all very interesting stops recommended by Luciana on the way to Civita di Bagnoregio, tips that we treasured and that made our stay even more interesting. highly recommended

This is an absolute gem just outside of Todi town centre. June and her daughter were lovely hosts and gave us a warm welcome, providing very clear instructions and a tour around the site. They even gave us a bottle of wine, biscuits and a bottle of water. We were quite late checking in (11pm) but that was no problem for them. The apartment was bigger than the pictures and very spacious. The pool was idyllic. This was a perfect place for some R&R before getting married in Todi. On our check out, June and the residents in the other apartments had planned to surprise us with confetti which was absolutely lovely. Would 100% recommend.
