Monthly Rentals in Bolivar

The place was terrific - the fire pit in the back was a hit, but it wasn't quite cold enough to use the fireplaces in each room. Zoar itself is a gem, but Jon's place made it even easier to enjoy. Thanks!

This was a beautiful Airbnb and very unique. Things we weren’t expecting was the attention to detail. The rooms were beautiful and each bed was made with towels and a chocolate, which was so cute. The kitchen was the most stocked I’ve ever seen at an abnb except there were wine glasses, but no wine opener. We ended up getting one and donating it to the house, but that was a little stressful. Lol Plenty to do and well accommodated for families with kids. One negative was the thermostat. We stayed for new years 2024 to 2025. The upstairs and downstairs have two separate thermostats. The downstairs one seemed to work fine, but the upstairs one was at 50degrees when we arrived so naturally it’s December so we turned it up. It continuously did an auto reset to 50 every night “freezing” and we didn’t know it was happening until it was basically time to leave. Not sure why and we couldn’t fix it, but all in all an amazing place to stay 10/10 would recommend! But need to fix the thermostat:)

The Bolivar Bungalow was an absolute charm! It was extremely comfortable and the location was great for us. The house was spotless, beds were comfy, the kitchen had a great little coffee bar set up, and all other amenities were so nice! We will definitely stay again when returning to the area.

Corey and Monica were wonderful hosts to me during my extended stay. Location is close to amenities and restaurants in Louisville and an easy drive to Canton. Would recommend to family and friends staying in Louisville area.
