The Guest House, Elegance in Javea Old Town.

The Guest House is in a lovely garden with carp pond and pool. It is self contained with its own access from a quiet road. It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the Monte Pedreguer urbanization about 2 km from Pedreguer. The apartment has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, an open plan kitchen, a sitting room, and a nice terrace with a dining table and sofa. This wonderfully tranquil apartment sleeps 4. This property is our home - we live here (in apartments on the next floor) all the time. We expect all guests to enjoy the facilities and treat the property with respect. There's also a private parking space.

Rural farmhouse in Xàbia Riurau de la Seniola

The accommodation is in a typical building of the area called Riurau, where the grapes were dried to produce raisins. A bright studio with all the amenities and a large garden. Get to know traditional Xàbia! You can also taste our home-grown raisins, oil, fruits, and vegetables. You will live an agritourism experience and learn about the area's agricultural past. The apartment is located 200 meters from the town's old part. It is a third floor with southeast orientation. It has 1 master bedroom with a bed, bathroom, kitchen and living room with an Italian-opening sofa bed. The whole apartment has laminate flooring. The main jewel is its terrace, where you can enjoy wonderful moments, overlooking the mountains of Aitana and Aixortà, and in the background the peak of Bernia and the sea. We hope you love it.
