The construction trailer was provided with a covered veranda, received a completely new, tasteful interior with lighting, folding beds, retractable table, etc., and now stands on a large sheep meadow, between old fruit trees, beech hedges and currant bushes, directly on the Elbe dyke. On the property: a utility kitchen, a sauna with toilet and shower for the construction trailer.

The view from the attic apartment is special and amazes even locals. This is the place to switch off and look dreamily into the distance and at the Elbe. Often the birds of prey circle at eye level and the starry sky sparkles like a crystal palace. In the morning, you can have your breakfast at sunrise and in the evening you can have lively conversations at the window with a view of the Elbe over a glass of wine or beer. The apartment was completely renovated in 2021.

My place is close to Lüneburg. Located on the outskirts of the village and nestled in our meadows is our historic farmhouse. We have a large courtyard area that is completely fenced. Completely without through traffic, you live here on the Varishof in wonderful peace and enjoy the diversity of nature under tall trees. The apartment is located in a 100-year-old barn of an idyllic village of 26 inhabitants surrounded by (almost) unspoiled nature on the edge of the Lüneburg Heath. It's an area without superlatives. Everything is very normal without major attractions. But this is exactly what we really appreciate about this area. Lots of nature, wide views and little distraction. It is a place where you can come to rest and draw strength.

The wooden house is in a very quiet location, the neighbors are very quiet and hardly noticeable. The surrounding meadows and forests make it a relaxing place. Lüneburg is about half an hour away. The Elbe can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The nearest shops are 10-15 minutes away. The house invites you to relax. The cozy bed is suitable for 2 people. There is also a sofa bed in the fireplace room which can be used.
