Condominium building includes also gym and swimming pool at the 4th floor (guards are collecting an additional P100/head charge sometimes).

This spacious (55sqm) 1 Bedroom-condo is for 5 persons . It is with very nice sea-views and located on Cebu's most famous Mactan Beach between Shangri-La and Crimson Resort. Best location right behind the new City-center of Mactan "Mactan Newtown / LG Garden) which takes only 3 minutes by Grab (more than 15 GRAB-drivers waiting nearby to get your GRAB, so it usually takes only 5-6 minutes to arrive at the Entrance / lobby) . Also very close to the airport - 17-18 minutes unless rush hours.
