Condo vacation rentals in Bohol

Mary Elaine was very responsive to messages. The couch smelled and she replaced it immediately with a new one. Only complaint is the noise at night. The local entertainment establishments music can be heard until 2 or 3 in the morning. The elevators had only 1 or 2 working most days and the wait sometimes was up to 1/2 hr just to get on an elevator. This is beyond her control. Plenty of transportation options and located in an excellent spot to see the whole city. I highly recommend Mary Elaine condo at 20A in Building 2 at Horizons.

It was exactly as shown in the photos and very comfortable. Everything provided in the room was clean and in great condition! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

This is our 4th time staying in Saekyung, and out of the 4 Airbnb units with a pool view we've tried, I can confidently say this is the best one! The unit has everything we needed, including rice, snacks, drinks, and even an honesty store, which saved us time from having to go out and buy these things ourselves. The complete amenities and toiletries were a super plus—kudos to the owner for providing all of these, such a thoughtful gesture. It's super convenient and well-equipped, making our time here stress-free. The owner is incredibly kind and provided all the information we needed, ensuring everything went smoothly. The unit itself is spotless and beautifully designed—such a comfortable space to relax in. My kid absolutely loved the toys and board games provided, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place!

The unit is nice and clean with beautiful wooden beds. Will definitely recommend this specially for a family who’s looking for a comfy place to stay. Host is kind and responsive.

My stay at Rhesa Joy's place was very relaxing. Well set up. Felt like your at home. Internet was fast to watch movies.

Flexible check-in and check-out is great as we arrived very early in Cebu and our flight back to Manila was late. We ran to some issues but Ms. Darl was very helpful to resolve the issues. The room is pretty spacious and was able to accommodate the 3 of us comfortably.

Ran into a few hiccups here and there but my host was always there for me and took care of any & all my needs.

2nd stay at the place and it was a great experience overall :)

My wife and I had a great stay at Jerry's place! The flat was super clean, just like the pictures, and the building has 24/7 security. Highly recommend!

Willyn home is amazing. It is everything you need for a long term stay or short term. The location is best ideal for Lapu-Lapu area. Far enough from the traffic but close enough for a reasonable ride into Cebu City. It is the perfect balance for most people. It is great location to work from as well. She carries not 1 but 2 internet providers for extra coverage for any outage. Huge WIN. The condo is very clean. No issues, no ants nothing. I have stayed here quite a long time and never saw a bug. She takes extra care in keeping the condo clean and safe. Very responsive to any question you might have and will go above and beyond to take care of your needs.

We had a wonderful stay at Gerome/Alan’s place. The unit was clean and comfortable, perfect location —near the airport, malls, and tourist spots. Alan was very accommodating and helpful at all times. He made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend ❤️

I'm usually in Cebu once every 3 months, and this place has become my home away from home. This was my 4th (?) time staying in this unit, and like how clean and homey it feels. The host was responsive, the unit was located at the corner which is perfect since you can see the outside view, complete kitchen utensils, overall it was a great place to stay.

Uncomplicated, great value for money, although there was a lot of hustle and bustle you could sleep without any problems
