MGs place is a studio unit but huge enough to accommodate a group or family. Room is clean, beds are comfortable, linens smells good, has stong wifi, Netflix has subscription so you don’t need to sign in your own account,AC is really cold, basic kitchen needs are available plus this is located right across sm cebu. Also, MG a very accommodating host. He answers questions promptly, gives clear instructions about room checkin, and gives you info about the things you have to know such as the rules of the condo, etc. If you need parking, MG can assist in booking you a parking spot. Kudos go the guards and friendly front desk personnel as well. Checking in and checkouts are smooth. Overall, I’ll recommend this place.

The condo at Baseline is fantastic. Clean, comfortable and easy to walk to restaurants etc. I will definitely be staying with Janice again.

Great place to stay, close to malls and shopping centers. I live in the building and highly recommended this place if you’re staying for a night a few weeks. Room was very nice thanks for a wonderful stay.

I'm usually in Cebu once every 3 months, and this place has become my home away from home. This was my 4th (?) time staying in this unit, and like how clean and homey it feels. First of all the unit is very clean and very comfortable. The location is clean and has a lot of activities for adults and kids. And most importantly the hosts are very responsive, helpful and very accommodating.

The two bedrooms are generously sized, with ample closet space and large window that let in plenty of natural light. The neutral color scheme creates a soothing atmosphere, ideal for relaxation after a long day. The master bedroom, in particular, boasts a plush bed with high-quality linens, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The second bedroom offers flexibility, serving well as a guest room or office space, depending on your needs. The living area is both cozy and functional, with a modern, open layout that encourages easy flow between the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room features a comfortable sofa and tasteful décor, making it a great space for unwinding or entertaining guests.

The best part of this unit is the quick and easy access to the Ayala Mall. The building facilities are top notch and staff members are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The unit definitely is a higher end build based on the very spacious bathroom and big island in the kitchen. The host was extremely responsive and took only a few minutes to respond to all my texts. This place is highly recommended.

We had a very pleasant two-night stay at this spacious and well-maintained three-bedroom unit. It was a lovely place to be with our kids—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a full kitchen and laundry facilities, which made things extra convenient. The outdoor community is a bit dated and the roads around the area could use some improvement. That said, it was great to see other kids around for ours to play with, which made the experience more enjoyable for them. Overall, it’s a great place for both short stays, especially if you’re looking for a quiet and functional home base. We were also able to easily order food in when needed. Thanks for a smooth and relaxing stay!

The place feels like home! It has everything you need. From kitchen utensils, linens, extra bed, free access to subdivision ameneties and more. Most importantly, it's peaceful. It's a few kilometers away from Bohol Beach Club, Oceanica and Alona Beach. There's also a private resort near the subdivision which is great for morning walks.

It was a great experience staying at Joel’s place. Me and my family enjoyed a relaxing afternoon with a swim and singing on their karaoke. Me and my boys loved that Pool table challenge as well as our little exercise in the gym. The car to use for 500 pesos made our food and snacks shopping easy. House is perfect for a big group. It is nice and tidy. Swimming pool is cleaned every after we use them. Caretaker is very helpful and always there when we needed her. I definitely come back again. Thanks so much!
