Villa vacation rentals in Bogenhausen

My son and I stayed in this apartment for 4 days while swinging through Munich. The host was incredibly responsive, and provided us with excellent local restaurant recommendations. This listing was specifically for the top two floors of the large home, and the lower floors are always vacant, so we had the place to ourselves and it was quite private. The kitchen had sufficient pots/pans/cutlery, and the cupboards had sufficient stock (salt/pepper/coffee). This weather was rainy while we stayed, but the outdoor deck looked like a great resource. One small thing to be aware of is that the main floor bedroom is a "walkthrough", in the sense that you have to walk through it to access the apartment bathroom. But for families this works just fine!

Really happy with our stay. Communication with the host was great. The house was beautiful, magical and clean. It had some interesting and vintage furniture and collector’s items, which made it very special. It had everything to cook, also clean towels, etc. The location was really great too - close enough to the center but located in a peaceful residential neighborhood with a really good bakery nearby. Thank you very much to the host! 😊

Our family holiday started in Rust, Germany and ended in Munich, we enjoyed our holiday in Germany and this was a great location if you’re looking to travel around the City!

We came and stayed at Madsen’s place for a week while attending Bauma in Munich. The place was fantastic! It was very clean and had plenty of room. It is a short walk away from a grocery store and several good places to eat. The train station is about a 15 to 20 minute walk based upon pace but it is in a very quiet and safe area. We will definitely stay here again in the future when we comeback to Munich. Thank you Madsen for being such an excellent host.

The host is one of the kindest, helpful Airbnb hosts I've ever encountered. He went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was positive, easy and met my needs. The room was great with clean linens on a comfortable double bed a firm mattress together with a desk which I needed and single bed (which i didn't need). My room also benefitted from private access to a large terrace with comfortable seating- in quiet, lovely surrounds. Such a treat! Overall, a lovely airy clean reliable quiet space to work and rest in between jaunts into the centre. Despite the bathroom being shared, it was always exceptionally clean any time I had to use it. The house custom of using slippers (provided) instead of shoes in the house also meant the floors were clean, too. Its very well located near Michaelibad so easy access to the centre and Messe, plus close to Ostpark which offers beautiful nature walks. For anyone seeking a short stay to enjoy München, it really is ideal.

We’ve been here 2 times now and both times were amazing. The place is great and the host did a great job with helping out if there was anything. Would definitely recommend!

The villa is beautiful and very convenience to take a subway to Munich fair. Super clean room and bathroom isolated. Gaby is so nice at make sure you have everything you need.
