Composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet, this accommodation located on the 1st floor is bright. It has an independent entrance. This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. 500 meters from the Walygator amusement park, Aqualand and the Monky leisure complex, you can enjoy all the comfort and amenities at your disposal. Agen hyper centre - Gîte 60m²

We are located in the historic city center, at the foot of shops and restaurants and a 5-minute walk to the Canal du Midi. Our 60 m² cottage is located on the ground floor of our mansion, with direct access to the garden and heated pool (May to September). In the garden, a space is reserved for you. It includes garden chairs with a coffee table as well as a garden table and wrought iron chairs for lunch.

Gite La Sablère, bottom

Our cottage is a warm house of 100 m2, at the beginning of the departmental 119 but once the gate is closed it can be quickly forgotten. It is reserved exclusively for rent, with a large private parking lot, simply decorated but to our taste. We live right next door, which allows us to be available quickly on request and to intervene in the event of a problem or organized gathering.
