Welcome to our home! You will find all amenities close to us: bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, gas station. Agen train station is 10 minutes away, along with the city center. The Canal du Midi is 500 m away, with its small port. There are activities at Youpi Parc for children, laser tag, a trampoline park, and Walygator (amusement park) 15 minutes away. Our gourmet markets all summer in our beautiful villages nearby. zones o 'green Agen (commercial area). Centrale de Golfech 20min away ENAP at 10 min.

Pets allowed on request, with an extra charge.

Accommodation located on the ground floor of my main house, 5 min walk to the Armandie Stadium. It has 1 bedroom with double bed, dressing room to store your belongings. The living room sofa is convertible to accommodate 2 additional people; a travel cot is also available in the bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen and board games are at your disposal, plus a TV with WiFi (fiber) and access to Orange channels, Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime.

Small studio in the heart of the quiet subdivision of the Hauts de Garonne; parking to park in peace ,to walk to its private entrance through the park. A key safe awaits you (self check-in) to open this small refurbished studio offering all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. Great for 1-2 people. Linens and towels are provided. Available: coffee, tea, herbal tea, powdered chocolate, milk. Small treats are provided for your welcome.

You will have the benefit of a large free parking area for easy parking, as well as a garden with a terrace, ideal for outdoor dining and enjoying the tranquility. Bed linen and bath towels are provided. We do not accept pets from our friends.
